Here is a great collection of pictures depicting the incredible works presented at Scale Model Challenge 2016! Not everything is presented, but all categories were so high in quality! Sorry if i didn't took a lot of photos of figures, there was so much! The application took freedom about framing the picture, some of them are strangely cut. Sorry for that too. Take a coffee and enjoy it !

Retrouvez ici une fresque historique replaçant chaque diorama dans son contexte géographique et chronologique. Toute musique utilisée reste la propriété de son auteur. Elles ne sont utilisées ici qu'à titre d'illustration sonore.

Thank you for this video (I know it’s nearly ten years old now). Wonderful nostalgic memories, I had the Ardennes, Tobruk and Berlin sets (also charge of the Light Brigade), but it was great to see sets I never saw before.

Quanti ricordi. Io e mio cugino quando avevamo un po' di soldi da parte, prendevamo il treno per andare a Firenze dove c'era un negozio fornitissimo di Esci. Compravamo sempre qualche scatolina. Entrare lì dentro ci sembrava un sogno.

I love them. I wanted to collect them all but they are too expensive with 300-500 Euros for a good conditiones set on ebay. BTW at 2:30 thats MALTA, NOT SICILY. Sicily is the big fat island on top of that ;)
Hello ! You're right, i made a big mistake about Sicily on my map ! Esci sets are less expensive that what you tell ;-) , i found most of them (in ten years ) very far of this price. I have all of them. The perfect collection would be to have all of them in white AND red box for those which have been reissued in this box color. ;-)
We had a shop in Newport town center they had the full esci range me and my brother spent hours browsing and buying, happy happy times

Thank you very much Murray ;-) Airfix have produced a WONDERFUL range of similar dioramas with absolutely stunning boxarts. This was the Battlefront History series, 8 sets. Not seen the ones in the Video, but I did have an Iwo Jiwa set, a D-Day set and a North Africa set most likely Airfix as most of my early stuff was only got other makers things about 1980 onwards.
