Visors might help bec head unit is face the sky?
At 0:45, I agree. lol. Thank the Lord for the internal combustion engine. Have a great one my friend.
Thanks for stopping by to watch bud!
Can you raise it out of the water while running at full throttle?
Doesnt look like it will collapse down that short, atleast on my boat. I would just unscrew the clamp and lay it on the deck.
Paul, I think you may have transducer wrong way. Flat edge faces forward, well down here in Australia 😂
I will check it out when i get it in the water. Thanks for watching.
Thanks Paul! I bought one a few weeks ago, but will be a few more before it warms up enough to install. I’m saving your video, and subscribed!!
Thanks bud, i will be following up with a new video soon with some action on the water.
Great video, really well done. Can’t wait to try the EE9 on open water!!
Thanks for watching buddy! Once the weather has a warm streak for a 3-4 days and melts the ice then I will be out testing it on the water. Tight lines!
Nooice video! Waiting dor mine as we speak.
You will be happy with it for sure. Make sure you clean it well before using it! Happy Shooting!
How'd your range day go? I'm waiting on mine to come in now.
Went great! Check out the video: ruclips.net/video/MUvVSZtvgmM/видео.htmlsi=Vhlj-7uuH99MefKW
How do you clean the tank after drilling it? Thanks
Got one....love it. After the break in it runs whatever I throw in it. And that looks like the same grip i installed on mine.
The grip is an ATI Scorpio , love it! Just ordered the short JTS hand guard for it also. Thanks for watching!
My grip isnt the scorpion actually I don't remember who made my grip and i can't find it on the net. Its similar to yours but not exact. You should think about mounting a sling. I did mine by drilling tiny holes in the but stock and lower hand guard. Then just screwed over sized sling mount screws into the tiny holes. Works great.
I finally remembered what grip is on mine. Its a molot grip. Love it.
This guy can't miss!! Tis the season for gains bruh!
Sorry about the audio quality on this one folks
Hello Paul, I recently just picked up one of these bikes. I picked it up already set up, not out of the box. The cord coming from the display appears to be wrapped with electrical tape about 4-6 inches. Is this the case on yours as well? Also on a separate note have looked into any accessories (rear rack etc?) also have you experienced any issues? Thank you!
No issues yet and I have just hit the 100 mile mark! Plus, I have been stress testing mine to the max. I weight 210lbs and 80% I have one of my kids with me. There weight ranges from 40-105lbs, cause three different kids always want to rid with me. So, I have had about 320lbs on this thing and it still goes 25mph. It is definitely electronically speed limited. I will have to check when I get home. Enjoy the bike, thanks for stopping by to watch. I have some ideas for upgrades, just need to order parts and makes some vids on it! Stay Tuned.....
Hey thanks for the video I got mine a couple days ago a lot of fun but I was wondering if you had any problems with the display screen showing the battery signal strength going up and down and not reading accurately
@@wesavelawns2406 Havent seen that issue, if you are on the throttle then the battery percentage will drop and show a temporary deop
Cool hack, but that side cowling is dead simple to take off.
Guess Im on my own bc this vid is garbage
Very well done video and I like the tube idea. The one thing I have noticed in most of the oil and lower unit change videos is that no one is wearing rubber gloves. They are a must.
I also recently bought a Terrova 24 volt. I didn't understand. Will two different batteries be used in a pair? The discharge will be uneven. And charge the batteries each with a separate charger? Wouldn't it be easier to install one 24 volt LiFePO4 battery? I did it in my boat. Greetings from Russia, Moscow.
You can usually get two 12v batteries for less money then one 24v. The batteries will have very slight different voltages but will equal more than 24v to operate the trolling motor. It will work fine and won't really matter. .1 to .3 volt difference between the two batteries isn't going to be a game changer. Every other charge I disconnect from series connection and charge the batteries independently. Thanks for watching!
@@thepauldixonOC I agree! But I don't have a very big boat (5 meters) and every kilogram of extra weight is not a good idea. Therefore, I try to reduce the weight of the equipment as much as possible. Fishing on the Volga or the Rybinsk reservoir (https/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rybinsk_Reservoir). There are more than 50-80 kilometers from coast to coast. It is very dangerous when the weather suddenly changes and the wind increases. Therefore, it is necessary to have a reserve for the speed of the boat. Considering that there are already 3 batteries in the boat.
Those pipe cutters usually have a spare cutting wheel screwed into the end of the handle
The big fish I caught was a citation fish for VA. Trophy flatheads need to be 40" or more to qualify. Thanks for watching!
I ordered the filters and will replace when they are delivered. Curious how was your engine ruining before? Mine will idle okay but when i give it throttle it kinda pulses and like its about to stall out but never does. I hope the filters solve it.
Ran perfect before the oil change. It's an awesome little outboard. Thanks for watching!
Have you driven it on any steeper slopes? i life in PA in some hills and im not sure if it could handle it?
Nope, no big inclines for a sustained time. Not sure how it will do.
Sweet, thanks for the vid, just bought one a couple weeks ago and was wondering what it could actually do, looks like more than I was thinking :) :) Great Job giving the kiddo's some fun :) :)
Thanks for stopping by to watch! Yes, the bike is pretty awesome. I do wish they made an 80v version that would go about 35mph.
u help me put my suzuki together thanx bro
Glad I could help bud!
Just cut the ends off a plastic bottle and split it down the middle is easier
Thanks for sharing, gotta try that one day!

Hi Paul. New subscriber. Love your content. I have the same outboard and lately its been bogging down at high revs but followed your other video with the low and high fuel filter. This may be a stupid question but does this engine have a carburetor? I searched for it for about an hour, lol. But looking online I seen an article comparing whats best, fuel injectors or carbs. I'm guessing because our outboards have 3 fuel injectors it doesn't have a carb? Or am I completely wrong. My wife laughed at me when I told her I'd been searching for an hour before seeing the article online.🤣
Its fuel injected, thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Here is the website for the vinyl bunk covers: www.caliberproductsinc.com/product/bunk-wraps-retail/

No problem. Thanks for stopping by to watch!

Had a blast. Glad we didn't get skunked.
It was great, gotta do it again in the fall. Thank you sir!
I like your rant on the no instructions of the harness and cable installation. I was saying the same thing to myself before i found your video. Thanks
Have you used it with 5000 mah batteries or even lower? I'm just curious on the runtime
Nope, I only have the batteries it came with.
My runs great and starts great my issue is when I go for throttle motor can for give more speed then what I'm getting any help
Not following, when you go full throttle what happens?
Man that is slow. You can hit 60 on a gas minibike at a fraction of that cost.
That is true....it's nice cruising in the neighborhood without drawing a lot of attention. I have modded a few Doodle bug DB30's with predator engines and they are faster with more torque off the line. For people that aren't good with carb tuning the electric option is good for them.
Try the other side to take the pin out
Not sure if I missed or you didn’t say, but much do you weigh so I can compare
I hover between 205 to 210 pounds. I have had myself and my 90 pound son on it at the same time and still reach 25mph on a full charge. Almost 300 pounds on it and it still moves out very well. It's definitely being speed limited by the controller.
@@thepauldixonOC thank you
EGO does 28.
I would love for them to go about 35mph really
@@thepauldixonOC , I saw a dude mod one up to 65 MPH.

install a water/fuel filter.
I have since then, i learned my lesson .......
2 things. Your mom is awesome, and you need to keep redheads in the shade.
How did the film hold up after extended use? Heat issues? And did the amber color help more in muddy water?
It will reduce amps and voltage it may get stuck...a cold cut saw will have full voltage and amps with low rpm
Hi Paul, I'm retired Honda Master auto tech and though I could share a hack. Reynolds wrap sells packs of individual wraps. Put your rags under filter , then put Reynolds wrap under filter and route outside cowling and you should have near or zero mess. We used this hack on Honda cars every day
Hi Paul , great video. Wanted to give a hack for getting the fuel lines off when stuck. Move clamp back as yo did, then take your needle nose or pliers and put on top of fuel line, apply pressure as you turn up and down or side to side. Don't clamp too hard as you can damage the line.
So that helps to open/expand the hose end as you twist and pull apart. I think I am picking up what you're puttin down! Thanks for stopping by to give a quick tech tip!
@thepauldixonOC I probably didn't give a good visual as I'm limited to how many characters I can use. I'll use two comments to explain better. The fuel line is sticking to the plastic nipple on the filter. After sliding off the clamp place the jaws of pliers over the hose where the clamp was. Apply enough pressure from jaws to give SLIGHT bite into hose. Twist up and down on hose while if hose is in horizontal position or side to side if hose in vertical position while holding filter. This will will break the seized hose free from nipple. One it breaks free remove pliers and then pull off hose by hand and it should be WAY easier than force pulling it off. What can happen when force pulling off in can break reinforcement strands in-between layers of fuel hose. Hope this was more clear. Happy boating !
You sure can deburr a hole fast.
Oh yeah, I didn't think anybody wanted to watch me do this in real time. Unless they are into that ASMR stuff...lol!
Nice video. thanks.
I appreciate you stopping by to watch!
