Horrendous quality from both players! I've no idea what online rating this sort of nonsense translates to. What I do know is that most people turning up at chess clubs with a fancy-sounding online blitz ratings quickly get found out when they play league OTB stuff. My rule of thumb now is to minus about 500 to estimate where they really are.
