I am a Model Rail Roader that runs O scale and HO scale trains. I am a member of the San Diego 3-Railers Club Located in San Diego CA, World Famous Model Railroad Museum in Balboa Park San Diego California. I model West Coast trains where I grew up. I live about a 40 minute drive from Summit, Cajon Pass. Cajon Pass is a foamers paradise. My models consist of Southern Pacific, Santa Fe, Union Pacific and Rio Grande. I do have a very small amount of New York Central and Pennsylvania Railroad models. At this time, I do not have a permanent home layout. I do have a portable 7X12 layout.
I used to belong to a HO Club that is now defunct, the Pomona Valley Model Railroad Club. This is where I got my start and learned how to build HO rolling stock kits and run more prototypical train manifests. I also learned NMRA standards, building/modifying rolling stock for better performance. I am looking for a local HO club to join, but have not found the time, hopefully soon!

Atlas O Ferromex SD70ACe, MTH ES44AC, Union Pacific AC6000 Autorack Train San Diego 3-Railers 09-24
One powered Atlas O SD70ACe Ferromax and two MTH powered diesels, Ferromex ES44AC and Union Pacific AC6000. Hauling an Autorack train. Three auto carriers are Atlas O articulated cars, six Atlas O Multi-Max auto carriers and the rest are Lionel.
The train originated in Cuautitlan Izcalli Mexico where Ford Mustang Mach-E are assembled and has already crossed into the U.S. and headed to it's final destination at the Union Pacific Auto Distribution Center in Mira Loma California. Thank you for watching.

MTH UP F-3 ABA freight version with grey trucks and no steam generator (comes that way from MTH), for use in freight service only. On the roofs, you will notice no steam generator vents or exhaust. From 1996, MTH's first Premier Scale Hudson (3020LP or 20-3020-1). It's a Premier NYC Hudson with Proto 1 and still fun to operate. Lionel 1-700E Hudson from 1990 (6-18005) is pulling four Lionel Prewar die-cast 716 hoppers and a prewar die-cast 717 caboose. This is a MTH replica of the Lionel Prewar 707W outfit from 1940/42. MTH Item 20-1005-1. MTH only produced 125 sets (came with certificate of authenticity). Three powered Atlas O Dash-8's pulling a Intermodal Piggy Back Train TOFC (Trailer On Flat Car) with Gunderson Well Cars. The 89'4" Flat Cars are Atlas O Die-Cast metal. Even the 45' trailers (All Atlas O) have a Die-Cast floor. The five well cars are K-Line Die-Cast metal as well. This train was very, very heavy, but those Atlas O Dash-8's pulled them effortlessly. 3 MTH powered units with a Tunnel Motor that has the newer "Speed Lettering" that was inspired by Rio Grande on point. The SD9 is a Rail King scale diesel. MTH FEF Northern with MTH Premier powered ES44AC. The two auxiliary tenders are MTH as well as all of the passenger cars. The 53' Evans UP box car (for tools, lubricants and spare parts) is Atlas O and the only non MTH in the consist. The ES44AC is there to push for any FEF 844 malfunctions and save any wear and tear on FEF 844, and to also provide dynamic braking. Thank you for watching.
