BLOCK DRIVEWAY & BACK PATIO CLEANING!
Просмотров 4538 месяцев назад
Here’s a front blocked driveway and porcelain back patio I cleaned last week for a customer. The porcelain patio was a dream to clean, what was a slippery dangerous area is now a stunning usable patio for the family once again. The blocked driveway was also cleaned at the front of the property to up the curb appeal. Safe to say the customer was externally happy with the work. Another satisfied ...
LOTS OF MOSS! ROOF CLEANING / PRESSURE WASHING
Просмотров 9549 месяцев назад
Really heavily contaminated with moss. Lots of gutter clearing on this one. Because this roof is so old I used as little pressure as possible to remove the majority of the moss. There’s still a small amount of stubborn moss spores left but these will die off with the bio treatment! Please like and subscribe. Thanks for watching

HUGE RESULTS! PRESSURE WASHING AND ROOF CLEANING.
First time I have seen one which even begins to be as big as the areas I have to do! My current issue is what treatment to use for very bad black spot. Net chlorine seems to get rid of it but it is so vast an area with the dreaded spot that may be far too expensive - used 4 containers of it already on a tiny area. On the video the paving is a wonderful kind - lovely colour and stone.
Beautiful, house and paving, you did a lovely job there, well done. Best wishes Christine x
Thanks for watching and the kind words Christine 👍🏻
That was a huge job, and you did an outstanding job. Like getting a new patio. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏼👍🏼
I’m glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching. Remember to subscribe! I have a back log of videos to edit once I have a suitable desktop/laptop to edit with!
Why is the image so small ????
It’s the video editing software I’m using. It’s not the best as it’s all done on my iPhone until I can get a decent desktop or laptop. This is all new to me so please bare with me 😂
Very nicely done!
Beautiful work on a lovely property! All the very best starting out - well done already! I can see why you were recommended. Loved your choice of music, by the way!! 😊
@@michalnixon6137thanks for the feedback buddy. I have so many other jobs to edit but I’m unable to due to my phone not having the storage space available… nightmare 👎🏻
Nice job!
Thank you
Beautiful size job there! How did you land it out of interest ?
Hi adam. I was recommended
That looked a nice easy one for you bud
This was just part of the lower roof on a large property I recently finished. Full video will be uploaded in the very near future 👍🏻
Hey dude nice job 🙂👍 can i ask what power pole set up you use and where you got it from , all the best 👍
Hi buddy. Thanks for watching, this is the watertek power pole with foot pedal from Rutland pumps. Hope that helps. Please like and subscribe for more in depth videos in the future 👍🏻
Nice job. Which spec jetmac machine is that you're using please and what size surface cleaner ?
Hi Adam. Thanks for watching! I’m using a Honda gp200 engine with 3000 psi axel pump from jetmac. I’ll be honest though, ideally you need more LPM for commercial jobs. This machine is fine if you’re using it around your own property or just the odd job each year but it’s not designed for industrial use. I recently replaced the pump and it’s already leaking oil. More LPM will help speed up your jobs. I’m investing in a new machine very soon. I’m just deciding which route I’d like to go down. I hope this helps you find what you’re looking for.
@@Avonandstourexteriorcleaning cheers for the info, very useful. What lpm is this one ?
No problem at all. 10lpm. You can get a 15 LPM pump with the Honda gp200 engine from jetmac but the Honda gp200 engine is only 6.5 hp so it’s at high revs for the majority of its running time so it makes sense to go for the bigger Honda engine like the gx390. I’m just trying to decide if I’m going for the 15 LPM or the 21 LPM model now…
great job - i do roof cleaning in Ireland - how long did it take you - i use twin pressure washer - never used single turbo or fsc
Thank you. This took me just over two days. I work alone so everything so done by myself so it takes much longer. Fsc is great for speeding the job up but only works on certain tiles (low profile or flat tiles) and doesn’t work properly if the build up of moss is really bad as it leaves bit in between the gaps in the tiles
Great videos just be mindful when you’re recording with rapid movement it can feel like motion sickness when it’s sped up.
😂😂 I will bare this In mind for future videos. Thanks for watching
I've cleaned porcelain it and up well
Porcelain is lovely to clean. Should be cleaned on a low (ish) pressure though
a great job, on the tarmac did you use al ance or whirlaway? Im in process of setting up my van and working in Essex.
Hi buddy. Usually I would just flat surface cleaner a tarmac drive but because of the heavy build up of moss I decided to use the turbo nozzle to help shift it between the gaps in the tarmac. I did try it at the start if the video but it left patches of moss in places. At least with the turbo I’m moving the dirt at the same time. Just hard trying not to get lines in it as tarmac is really hard to get perfect at the best of times 👎🏻

Love seeing the fsc in action
It’s good in some situations but when you have lots off moss it does struggle
Lovely job, did you use any heat on this one
Hi mate. No heat on this roof just water. I’m looking at investing in the system in the near future though.
@@Avonandstourexteriorcleaning Same here I only scrape and bio at the moment. Can I ask when you turn pressure down do you alter your unloader. I do pressure wash with a slipstream pro20 but have never adjusted the unloader didn't know if your meant to or not I'll be using this pressure washer for roofs to begin with
That’s how I started out buddy. No I just simply adjust the pressure on the valve on the foot pedal which saves me getting back down ect. My new pressure washer(eventually) I’m getting the auto rev system on so when I turn the flow down up near the pedal it slows the revs down on my machine which saves me getting down plus saves on fuel and rpm meaning I should get a longer life out of my machine.
Mine ones a 10pm machine at the moment do the flow is just not quite enough, but if you were running a 21lb m machine then yes you would probably have to adjust the loader to compensate for it.
@@Avonandstourexteriorcleaning Sounds a good machine
So satisfying!! Could watch it for hours!👍🏼👏🏼
