For real, Apple is publishing defective software products in EU, intentionally. That's should be illegal. Also publishing Apple Intelligence for US customers and not for EU customers or rest of the world is discriminating.

On the upper right corner it should be a " show as screen saver". Turn that on. Then you should be good.

Play with your wallpaper and screen saver settings. Select Apple logo -> "Lock Screen" or "Sleep", test and try. That's how you make it work.

@@ngthaoanh6295 Go to System Settings -> Screen Saver. Move the mouse cursor over the top photo and the "Preview" button will appear. Press it and let me know what happens.
