What if you're really poor, trying to start a social network/user marketplace, need to send lots of emails, and free 200 emails a month or even 1000 isn't enough? I need to be able to compensate for users wanting email sent for the various things they can get notified for. And 1000 users could easily break that without unlimited sending. And what if I see a growth spurt and can't keep up with everyone trying to simply sign up? There's a reason to host email, I'm finding, since so many SMTP offerings aren't enough.

It is in beta now. I also have the both the top bar and sidebar set to collapsible, so I get to use my whole screen for web pages and only get the bars when I mouse over their locations.

I was using a combination between simple, proton and Addy. Proton 8 simple and then Addy ended up throttling the free service. So now I need to change things but what I ended up doing was clustering my aliases into different categories for different services So for example I ended up clustering my top tier services into one alias, another less important cluster of services into a different alias until I have a total of about 7 I'm going all the way down to basically a spam alias. This way if I need to turn off something I'm only losing a small handful of services I need to re-register a different email with instead of everything Hope this helps❤

I recently came across Heylogin which is pretty basic but also kinda nice. Personally I use 1Password but used Bitwarden in the past. I would love to use Bitwarden because it’s open source and I believe security related things should be open but the security architecture of 1Password looks better in my eyes.

With a custom domain, you're really just trading lock-in to an alias provider for lock-in with a domain. Be sure to renew early. If you let it expire and can't get it back and you have lots of accounts tied to it, you are in trouble. But even if you update all your accounts before expiring, someone else can get that domain and maybe start getting emails that were meant for you.

Every phone tells you that your bootloader is unlocked when you unlock it. It's a check done on the bootloader, before booting the custom ROM. As to unlock the phone you use a command, it might as well set the variable isUnlocked to True and check it each time you boot.

This warning that shows up on every boot, stating the bootloader is unlocked and/or custom software is installed, is a feature very commonly found in all kinds of phones, most modern Snapdragon phones have this feature too, as it's integrated into most Snapdragon SoC. Whether Google backdoors their phones would be completely unrelated to whether they warn a phones' user of a potential security risk, of course.

One more reason i use a pinephone running arch linux. I have major trust issues...
