Esas bicicletas no se rayan

Is there a correct torque to tighten the cup retainer nut? Genesis 32= removed and did all as shown but when I replaced and tightened, I could not spin crank due to torque. I tightened until point of binding then backed off 1/4 turn to allow rotation then used the lock ring to secure. Keeps coming loose. What am I missing? Yes, I dub then trip checked that bearings are installed correctly. Thanks in advance for any info
