IVR tells us about the various new items that were available at the IVR table in the Houten military show of December 2024. Most of these items will be available on the website (IVR2021.com) as well. Some highlights include a Zielacht, as used by Major König in the movie Enemy at the Gates, a very rare Kriegsmarine 8x60 binocular and a mint condition MP40!

In the UK we were forced to have EU spec deactivated weapons. What did the Mainland EU countries do. Kept their old spec and didn't follow the rules that the UK had to follow from Brussels. That's the reason I voted to leave the EU...

Fantastic video. I have x2 sets of cxn Bakelite Dienstglas in my collection #383241 & 408572. Both with the correct Presstoff cases (one is both Black & Tan) the other is the standard black. Looking forward to more of your Dienstglas 6x30 videos.

Why German militarias are so popular in Europe while most of the Countries have banned the Swastika Flags and other German articles?
Because its a big part of our history! And a law that bans the symbolism does not erase the history.
While I have been to the SOS a couple of times and spent a lot of money, I know I will never be able to make it to this show. Thanks for taking me along. Great job on filming!

No, these are only coated and have no additional filters build it.
Hello. Why didnt you clean the lens ?
Because the lenses were still flawless! These binoculars are such high quality that usually the optics are still great condition, while the outside condition after 80 years has degraded and could use a restoration.

Die sappen panzer was niet origineel in iedergeval de riempjes niet.
Ik ga meestal om verzamelaar te ontmoeten en zaken te ruilen of kopen voornamelijk uit de UK. Voor de rest is het een dagje uit en bagger kijken.

De prijzen zijn de laatste jaren echt over de top gegaan. Zeker bij die ex Oostblok figuren. Ik ga alleen nog kijken en een steak eten en heel mss en gekkigheidje kopen.
Klopt helaas, maar je kunt soms nog wel wat leuks vinden!
Hier en daar zijn de prijzen gelukkig nog goed. En kan je bijvoorbeeld een set hulzen kopen voor een mooie prijs of iets..

I have some like the ones you show from one of the submarines that surrendered in my country (Argentina), but I don't know which of the two submarines.
Hi, how are you? I have some rare ones, they seem to be from a submarine, they are Carl Zeiss 7x50 (df) they have the imperial eagle and the M. What caught my attention is that they are marked ; torpedo chule n# 9 in the objetive , and 7 en the other objetive.

A purchased a pair of these off eBay that exterior had been beautifully restored and then sent them to Oklahoma for the optics to be overhauled. I now use them every day and night aboard a tugboat in Puget Sound, Washington. Absolutely amazing 👏 'nocs!!!

Does it work the same on the, blc 10x50 binoculars?
Yes it does! On all optics using the H/6400 rangefinding system. The magnification does not matter.
do you have any pics/video of the Weitze table at Houten?
No, i dont unfortunately. I had 0 time to check out other tables! Next time i might make a walkaround video and upload it here. I might also do some videos of the SOS in Kentucky.
