This is an amazing story, which I say about all your books, but really...this one is soooo good. It has been so long since I read this book that it was a new story for me. Only a few scenes jogged my memory. Wow. I want to listen again very soon. Thank you so much for making this available here.

This was excellent! Talk about plot twists & turns we never would have guessed. Whickham... grrrrr! I will always wonder if the Captain said what he said to Darcy just to spare him the truth.

An interesting variation, but I prefer the English Regency setting.

Not my favorite rendition of Lizzy. This Lizzy is vulnerable, unsure of herself and less familiar. I tried to finish but eventually I thought I’d lose my mind it I heard Sandalwood and Citrus one more time!

Absolutely adore how Christie Capps designed Eliz’s definition in debate of “a Good Man” virtually turned Wm around, Darcy’s analogy of the Adventurers observing of the Iceberg’s breaking enormous part of itself melting as it floated away.(1700’s version of Climate Chg or Nature ???’s!) The real fun of her read/audio, so incredibly following the original version, abbreviated highlights….to arrive @ the Proposal most beautifully written. My 2nd read & so much the better.

Oh how wonderful. You put up another one of your delightful novellas with lovely Stevie narrating as well. I love Border Collies. And I live in the country in Australia so the commands were familiar. I also loved the final words for that reason. You are so clever. Making us laugh right to the end. “The Thorn and the Rose” sounds like it would be a great story and give you a chance to explore that history more. What I enjoyed the most about this story was the natural progression of both Darcy and Elizabeth airing their grievances early so they can develop friendship without misunderstandings later. The villain was the villain from the beginning. I enjoyed the lack of complication in their relationship. And Mr Bennett being more responsible as a father. I will listen to it again later today. Thank you for sharing and I love the footage of the collie playing.

In the beginning, Darcy since that Miss Bingley will never be welcome in any of his homes. Yet when he meets Elizabeth at Pemberley, he says that Charles and his sisters are coming to Pemberly. Terribly disappointed in Darcy for not keeping his word. 😢 Thank you for sharing ❤

Love the description of Caroline Bingley as a parasitic leech @ 3:19. So perfect! She is a cruel woman who elevates herself to insult and crush other women in her company. Have sadly known several females like her. It never shows Mr Bingley in a good light when he does nothing to stop her. Thanks for sharing!
