Arizona Trip Part 9: Tombstone Arizona and Gun Fight
Просмотров 2533 года назад
Boot Hill grave yard is just outside of the town and well worth the stop. When going to Tombstone i suggest getting there in the morning around 9am in order to be able to see and do everything you want. Everything starts closing down around 4pm. This video contains some clips of the gun fight we choice to see. It was an excellent family fun show. There are a few other gun shows at places around...

Note: We thought we would be able to use our pass we bought at Cathedral Wash, but we could not because it was out of the region even though both are national parks. This is where we bought the yearly National parks pass. They did take off the $30 we paid at Cathedral wash. So we just had to pay an additional $50. If we didn't do this it would of cost us another $30 for 4 of us to get in.

    Thank you for confirming my systematic way of troubleshooting my recently acquired 2008 Prius. I had very similar issues with the issue lights and was able to get rid of all of them except the blasted brake warning light (I replaced all the rotors/drums/brake pads/bled the brake lines/put the ECU in diagnostic mode/etc - the previous owner didn't do jack for over 200K miles).... no dice. I guess I'll be making an appointment with my local Toyota dealership to get the brake system "recalibrated".. what racket. Thanks again

    you or anyone have the link to the fuel injectors and ignition coils

    • @jazjen007
      @jazjen007 2 года назад

      Ebay - it is recommended with getting OEM Denso (new, remanufactured, or refurbished) parts. I've read/heard from friends that using aftermarket no name brands will end up costing you more in the end. New Denso parts are a little pricey though, but for good reason.

      @@jazjen007 definitely aftermarket ignition coils always cause problems shortly. So many times I've tried and they've always failed quickly. The original equipment ignition coils normally last between 100000 and 200,000 miles

    Hi, thanks for the inspiration for traveling in my prius c in July! Curious - I'm assuming those items in the back sit easily on top of the spare?

    • @travelingonadime2361
      @travelingonadime2361 3 года назад

      Rachelle, Thank you for your interest. I cut the foam insulation I bought from home depot to fit the trunk area. This raised the back so when the seats lay down, it is even and flat. I then figured out what space I could use and how deep I could go. I used a torch to heat a knife up and cut into the insulation board as well as the vehicles foam that is on top of the spare tire. This allowed me to maximize the allowable storage space available. The storage boxes have a lip on them and they rest on the insulation board. And yes, they sit easily on top of the spare. I hope this helps. Thank you, Bob and Candy

    I want to camp in my 2013 Prius C model 4. I want to hook up my CPAP sleep apnea device. I’m 5’6”. I bought a 60x80 4 inch memory foam. I’m going to fold it over so it will measure 60”x40”. I might try to camp WITHOUT CPAP machine. I was going to 5% limo tint my back windows. Good? Or should I build shades to place in each window? How often does the car turn on at night while camping?

Our favorite restaurants are shrimplanding.com/ (food truck near beach), www.charliesfishhouse.com/ for lunches and dinners, and up the road 10 min in Inglis is another shrimp landing with all you can eat specials, and Mama Sally's for breakfast and southern biscuits.

    • @travelingonadime2361
      @travelingonadime2361 3 года назад

      The hitch is called hidden hitch reciever and wiring harness and I purchased it online at Etrailer.com. Due to the basket sitting low I purchased a trailer hitch reciever adapter 11/4 inch to 2 inch, 41/2 inch rise from the same place. I did have to hammer out the stop on the receiver to let the 4 inch rise slide in enough. The trailer hitch and wiring harness was very easy to install. Also check Ebay seller Hitchmart for these.

Note that the permit ones may be free or charge a small amount you just have to go to given website or call the number to register. I think they like to do this so they can check on people's safety.
