Burrata, Pear and Arugula salad

This week, we’re preparing a delicious and elegant salad featuring fresh pears and creamy burrata. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 Conference pear
2 burrata cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
10g (0.35 oz) butter
20g (0.7 oz) pistachios
Arugula
Lime zest and juice (to taste)
Jamón Serrano (Spanish cured ham)
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Pear:
- Peel, core, and slice the Conference pear into thin wedges.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves and starts to bubble.
- Add the pear slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are caramelized and golden. - Remove from heat and set aside.
