Thank you for your question! With this 4-axis machine, it’s possible to cut both trapezoidal and highly trapezoidal wings. The left and right portals can move independently, controlled by the appropriate G-code. Any necessary adjustments to the wire length and the current for heating are automatically compensated during the process.

Thank you for your interest. In my experience, this is a good solution to compensate for changes in wire length while maintaining exactly the same wire tension. However, it requires precision mechanical skills to realize. Please understand that I can't report on this in detail now, I'm very busy at the moment. Thank you for your interest. As I point out at the end of my video, I learned a lot in the YT and website (rckeith) made by Keith excellet. My dynamic wire tensioner actually uses a simple technology that I have not seen anywhere else. It perfectly compensates for even the slightest change in length between gantries while keeping the wire tension constant at the desired value. Maybe I'll make a short video soon explaining the construction and function of the dynamic wire tensioner in detail.

Any news about the details from the wire tensioner such an nice design
