Growing up with abuse and being told I'm over reacting is so conflicting. Now i have cptsd and feel like every little thing sets of my fear and i freeze or panic. So now it feels like they were right. I feel like the crazy one because of all the trauma. I can't take anymore. My mother hurt me so much and now she acts like she's the best mother. Everyone else goes along with it. They know how to make you look like the problem. Now i am over explaining yes 😂 Years of being silenced will do that. This was a very good video 😊 it's nice to hear some compassion 🩷 Thank you. Going easy on ourselves is the best thing we can do 💖 know that you do matter. That you always did. Also i suggest inner child work 😊 it feels silly at first but it seems to help.

I’ve been very guarded after being hurt and betrayed by my partners over the years, but was very surprised to tick all of these boxes. Definitely gives me more information to work with as I heal, learn/relearn, and work on myself so I can move forward. Really did not expect to have all of these traits.
my dad is a narcissist. when I was living with him, we would get into horrible, and violent fights. he would call me names like "bitch, slut, whore, fat, disgusting, and stupid". he would purposefully say things to me that he knew would upset me. then he would proceed to punch me and slam me against the wall. I would be crying on the floor, and asking him why was he doing this to me. he said, and I quote "I'm testing how you'll defend yourself". WHAT?!?!?! I don't trust anyone now, because I'm afraid they'll all hurt me like he did.
That sounds absolutely terrifying 😢 I'm sorry he treated you so badly. You deserved better than that 🩷 I hope you are free now 🙏 and know you were never any of those things he said. Wishing you peace and healing 🫶
I've met quite a few hyper vigilant women online that get two sentences into the conversation they tend to ask questions that highlight their awareness and experience. The sad thing is they'll end up back in the wolves jaws because they dont see the genuine guys for fear of them being a wolf.

I am mindfully developing new, healthy coping skills from the ones I used as child when I didn't have much control of my choices and life.
After a relentless 3 year beat down there are some great points made that a lot of victims, and those that do actually care them, if there are any left, can certainly benefit from. Being informed and knowledgeable about behaviors or changes is important. Thanks for the video.
