Hi Filippo, i have a problem when i apply the voronoi3D to the surface inside of a bounding box bigger than the surface. it seems not to see or recognize the edges of the surface so i have open cells next to the edge. thanks in advance, i really like the video and so far i really understand the working of each component.

Dear Filippo Ruggiero, from minute 10:45 onwards, when you start the procedure to extract the larger surface, things start to go wrong for me and I don't get the same result. When I turn off the preview of all previous instances and leave only the "List item" activated, only one of the voronoi polygons is displayed. The object I'm using is a vase. Could you help me, please?
Hello! This is because the first item on your list is that polygon. What you have to do is "Sort list": Get an "area" component and find out the area of each surface. The area output connect it to "k" on a "Sort list" component. Connect the surface split output to the "A" of sort list component. Reverse the A output of sort list. Connect it to a list item component. Contact me through instagram and I can send you a screenshot :)

Hello! Try typing "package admin" on Rhino and find it there. Let me know if it works
Thank you for this great tutorial! I did the same thing for a shoe insole, it is a mesh and I added it as geometry. I closed the polylines, filleted and lofted it with the scaled part because I don't have a surface and couldn't use the surface split. But the edges of the mesh are not smooth nor closed. Can you please help me fix it?
Hello! You might hav to re-mesh, or work on the mesh itself. Another option could be adding the thickness in Rhino instead

Thanks for this amazing tutorial! I find that the component "polygon center" is faster than patch for finding center of the voronoi polylines, in my 1200 cells vornoi.

Hello! Maybe you should try to decompose it and use th surface of you interest. Would that work out?
Hey, great work! I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how to seamlessly stitch together multiple surfaces in Grasshopper. Often, when surfaces are imported from other software, they need to be patched in Rhino. However, Grasshopper doesn't always recognize them as one single surface. Could you provide some guidance on how to address this issue?
Hello! Thanks for reaching me out. From my own experience I have also had trouble with stitching surfaces together in GH. I am not sure if there is a plug in for this. Nevertheless, I believe that you get better results when you use different softwares/plug ins for what they are best for. So, if I have to go from Rhino to GH or viceversa to get what I'm looking for, then I would do it that way instead of sticking into only one software

Thank you. This was very helpful and I was able to apply the whole thing in my design. There is only one problem after I apply the weaverbird catmull-clark, my surface starts to tear from some parts and I end up having lots of wholes in the whole mesh. How can I fix that?
Hello! Maybe try putting a smaller number on the Voronoi offset 12:34. Let me know if that helps
