Aputure LS 1200d Pro - How does it compare to the 600d Pro?

Aputure LS 1200d Pro - How does it compare to the 600d Pro?
Was it really necessary to have such annoying music in the background?
do you need to say tilta float every 2 secs lmfao
For a par-style lamp, the M18 puts out an excellent pattern of hard light with pretty nice shadows. How does the Aputure 1200 compare in this regard?
15:54 could someone please clarify what he’s talking about here?
Finally a video that showed exactly what they'd look like in daylight. Thank you! Most other videos didn't do that comparison. At the end of the day I just wanted to see how much an extra stop would deliver.
You missed the whole monitor assembly.
Thank you for the video, what is the battery pack you are using in this video ?
It seemed like the pulling (leading angle) setup couldn’t be done as fast as the pushing angle? Can you extend the handlebar so you can operate from behind it while leading?
Are the 1200d discontinued? I only see the pro version at B&H
cheers mate great help for me a novice
Is there any vignetting with added 86mm filters with this lens at 11mm?
I landed up sending it straight back the grip at the rosette on the belt is too shallow and not strong enough it very nearly cost me my gear as it slipped while I had camera attached and fell thankfully I managed to catch it,the ridges need to be bigger so it actually holds when you tighten it up I couldn’t trust that it would not happen again, I also found the belt extremely uncomfortable
Best video ever about ronin! Thanks!
Sir I want to contact you how can pls give your insta or contact number
Bro i want some guidance i am from India how to contact you
Nice video but yeah, labels are wrongly placed.
ho do u power the camera since the float comes with one coniction for dji
Thanks for this video, def been thinking of grabbing the great joy to use a long side my vazen 50mm
Can any 1200D owners out there confirm if this light is reliable at all? I am considering buying one and I have read on several reviews that these lights are failing??? Thax in advance.
Quite a lot of labelling errors in this which makes the comparisons very confusing. Just looking at Olympus… the you are testing the 85 t2 oudoors at 1.3. Sometimes you are calling the 50 a 55, and at some point it’s labeled a 52.
How do you power the gimbal?
Thank you somuch Victor
😡 Promo*SM
bunch of talking points without mentioning the key one: 1200d can be dimmed and it’s lamp head is much smaller. But M18 do have better color render when corrected, and is no less robust than 1200d, the rental price is also higher which means a better ROI
How do you power the camera?
how did u get the power for the BMPCC since u have two battery and i did not see that u connect it also how did u set up the tilta camera controller
Hey thanks for shut out ❤️🙏
Thanks for this. Having 2 600D's plus money left over is a better use case for me vs one 1200. Could use the other for bounce, etc... or, couldn't one mount 2x 600d's on a double header, retaining similar if not better output?
Was thinking the same. 2 x 600D it is for me.
I just purchased the RS3 Pro Combo. The phone holder is useless in the combo pack as its designed for the iPhone with the old curved sides and does not work with an iPhone with flat edges - I already told DJI about this and its odd because this was released in 2022. Also bare in mind professional DSL cameras like the 5D Mark IV don’t have bluetooth as this is seen as more of a “consumer feature” instead of a professional feature so with the 5D Mark IV you need to purchase a cable separately as the included ones with the gimbal do not work with this model camera. The 5D Mark IV also does not use USB-C. I like the auto unlock features on the gimbal but wish when it was turned off it would fold back to its original shape (with no camera) instead of having to manually unlock all axes to fold it up to fit in the case, and surely this day and age the balancing could be automated based on the weight of the camera - simply use weight sensors. I am also very impressed with the build quality of this gimbal - metal and carbon fibre - how everything should be made.
Hello, I can’t balance in one way to use in vertical and horizontal. I dont understand how to do in that way, I can just balance for horizontal or vertical. Thanks
Love your video and it's in dept but please can I get the list of the accessories that didn't come along with Tilta because it just arrive but didn't come with the batteries and I also want to know the kind of batteries to get. Thanks Tried to follow you on instagram but your link is wrong I guess.
Hello @ibfotografa In our build we used the TB50 Batteries from our Ronin 2 you can buy it separately. You can also use V-Mount Batteries, when you don’t have the TB50 Batterypack and don’t want to spent that much this is the better solution. If you bought the Gold Mount version you need to get a Gold Mount battery. How is it for transporting? does it break down easily and quickly? What size vehicle will it fit into?
yes the fingerprint on this quit small and you easily remove all parts.

Where did you get the cheese plate used on TB50 Battery?
Hi Victor, Thanks a lot for this informative video -- I really liked the closeup shots of the gimbal so I could see the build quality. At this point, I am not sure whether it is best to keep my Zhiyun Crane 2 for the next few years or upgrade to the RS3 Pro. I have had the Zhiyun Crane 2 since 2018 and have been using it to make walking videos -- feel free to check them out on my channel. It is calibrated nicely to compensate for sudden turn movements (good amount of deadband). Though the micro jitters and z axis bounce movement can bother me sometimes -- especially on intense hikes. I am wondering in your opinion whether it is worth it to upgrade from the Zhiyun Crane 2 to the DJI RS3 Pro?
it'd be great if you guys can build up expansion grip with 3rd party grip handle or rings. I've seen many fancy looking ones however not practical in real world.
compare with atx-i 11-20mm F2.8 CF ?
thx
good
Were these shot with different frame rates? Seeing the jerking motion when panning...
seriously thank for the in-depth tutorial on this amazing product can't wait for the in-depth tutorial on the Tilta Hydra-Arm Mini 😅
The footage is completely unusable for any serious work. I have tried every gimbal setup you could think of and the only way to get good stable shots in my opinion is to buy a new or used MoVi gimbal, and use an easyrig or readyrig and a segway to remove the up and down motion. Not exactly the cheapest solution, but if you actually want stable gimbal footage and don't have the money for a steadicam or and Arri Trinity, a Freefly MoVi Pro, Readyrig and Segway Ninebot S costs about $8,000 instead of $80,000 for an Arri Trinity. Better to spend $8000 once than to buy dozens of other crappy rigs and be constantly disappointed like I was. Now I shoot with the MoVi Pro and MoVi M5 and my shots are perfect.
There’s so many videos out there that have smooth footage using the float though. There’s a learning curve to balancing of course, but there’s absolutely no reason why this shouldn’t work.
Love the full breakdown of everything and how detailed this video was. Answered a lot of my questions. Just ordered the Float today and can't wait to start playing around with it!
very nice
If you don’t know who the sucker in the room is than it’s you. 😅
Hmmm for what that Float costs, the camera and the RC3P I would just go for a Ronin 4D and be done with it.
There are some specific movements which you can`t do with the Chicken 4D 😀
@@motionarytechreviews 🤣
I also got the float and tested it the last weeks. The main con is, that the arm is too weak or everytime at the edge of loading capatilibies. The second thing is, the belt does not fit very well. it pushes unpleasent to the lower back. i already bought a vest to it. Now it´s slightly more pleasent but not very well. the third point is the poorly made bolt that holds the float system on the arm. i wouldn't be surprised if the part breaks at some point and the entire setup falls to the ground. no steel was used here. I can´t understand why they used such cheap material.
i wouldn´t recommend this system for that price
@@sk.newmedia It is the cheapest out there I think :D
Even the skate reel footage looked wobbly. What is the problem there? Like shaking left to right, right to left? Seems less stable than without the Float or am I drunk?
It's true the footage is wobbly. It was a left to right movement, i think that is probably because i was still practicing with it, with more practice i probably could get better results.
Is the Power supply baseplate for RS 2 compatible with RS 3 PRO ?
yes
@@ivanmadethis Thank you.
