Holy shit! 3 hours... 3 fucking hours talking to Razer, 2 different dongles sent and this worked. thank you so much. Why on Earth do they hide this?? Razer tech support are by far the most incompetent script reading morons I have ever dealt with. just repeating the same thing over and over. I can finally use my mouse wirelessly again. :)

My god, thank you, how Razer can not provide such a tool. It litteraly took me less than a minute to fix something I took days to fix. So pissed that I had to buy another dongle thinking mine was faulty arrrgh. Thank you again. <3

Idk what to do guys. Help please. As I did put the USB dongle into my computer it works but for one second and then it insantly disconnects because of the dongle, this utility isn't working. My USB doesn't get detected

i tryed it the programm told me my deathadder was fixed and could be used but than i putted it in wireless mode and it stoped working again

My V3 Pro DA wouldn't connect through the regular mouse pairing software, only with the Hyperspeed one

My deathadder v3 pro dongle not even connecting in windows

This may help just a few of you but I was literally using the dongle for my deathadder with my viper v2 pro. Make sure the dongle you are using matches the mouse model. It was working this way for a long time then randomly stopped working. All I had to do was swap the dongles. I went ahead and updated firmware after.

all fun and games till the fking mouse pairing utility detects everything, but I press "pair" and this shi says pairing failed.... wtf do I do?? buy another dongle and try again??

Hi everyone! I'm having an issue with my Deathadder V2 Pro and i'll explain it in case anyone can help. Basically, the USB Dongle keeps connecting and disconnecting itself every 3-5 seconds. Not a motherboard/port issue because other devices work fine on the same ports and also tried the dongle in 3 more usb ports. Already used the tool provided in this video (the newest version from razer website). It said everything was linked and updated but i'm not that sure if it worked because the usb as i said disconnects all the time so how can i be sure... Also updated mouse controllers/synapse and all that stuff. During the few seconds the dongle lasts connected, the mouse is able to receive the signal and work. Any suggestion is highly appreciated! Thanks! PS: I'll be trying another dongle and another pc next.
