The McLaren F1
1 of 64 road versions. In my opinion the best care ever made.
The McLaren F1? Oh man, that car is like a legend in the automotive world. I mean, I still remember seeing it for the first time in Need for Speed, and it just blew my mind. It's one of those cars that doesn't seem real because it's so ahead of its time. And that central driving position? Genius. It's like sitting in the cockpit of a fighter jet, except you're tearing up the road. Plus, that BMW V12 engine? Pure music. And the way it hugs the road at insane speeds? Unreal. The McLaren F1 isn't just a car; it's a work of art, a testament to what happens when engineering meets passion.
Now let's talk about my passion. My lifelong ...

      Why? I don't want static noise in animation either but when using Spectral AI denoiser I noticed it can give more animated splotchy results within the render. So I check static noise only when using low samples and AI denoiser and then add animated noise in post on top.

    i was trading RNDR but this video shows where it is used. just a quick note : if you use this network a lot it a s better option to buy RNDR from an exchange, put them in your metamsk wallet, and connect your wallet to it and spend RNDR s directly. this video was a year ago and RNDR was 2 USD. now as of july 2024 it is about 6 USD. if i am judging correctly you should be spending 3 times the fee that you spent in this video. if thats a case you can consider using RNDR s directly. by the way RNDR is moving from ETH mainnet to SOL mainnet and it will become RENDER so buy the correct one :)

    I would call this a "cheat" more than anything...You don't have to use thin wall if you just give the glass thickness. Then there will be no refraction issues and it will be more realistic

    • @Brilly_Yo
      @Brilly_Yo 3 месяца назад

      Yes, I have done both ways but as I mention in the video this method has the ability to render quicker with possibly less artifacts. Visually with how I set it up there was no visible difference but quicker render. No solution is best in every single case.

    I would never advice using thin walls for anything other than soap bubbles or some sort of plastic that is ultra thin. A real windshield has depth, with real world depth the weird refraction will solve it self. Thin walls and fake shadows is a work around for lazy modelers but far away from realism

    • @Brilly_Yo
      @Brilly_Yo 3 месяца назад

      I appreciate your thought process on this but for me it is not practical to do everything physically based. I completely disagree with this being "lazy". It is all about problem solving to get the look you desire when you design. If the look needed requires a physically based solution great, if it does not than that is great too. There are pro's and con's to both.

    • @7ens3nButt0n
      @7ens3nButt0n 3 месяца назад

      @@Brilly_Yo well you flip a switch that is labeled "fake shadows" idk what else than lazy that is. these options purely exist because they break pbr as you dont get the look you expected. but instead of fixing it or trying to understand why it looks wrong they implemented a workaround.
