If I had your processed stems, I would've just enhanced what you and your band already liked without negatively changing anything. The mixing engineer should never disregard the vision of the artist or producer!

You have to make sure your Airdrop settings are turned on. Do a search on your device for Airdrop. Click it and turn on discoverability for "everyone". That should work, but if it doesn't for some reason, just email yourself the files using WeTransfer. Let me know if that helps!

@@DaJuiceisLoose11 No, Vari-Fi is a tape speed up and tape slow down which will change the tempo of your vocals and throw it off beat. On top of that, it won’t stay in key. We can do a video on Vari-Fi showing you how to use it.

Like shown in the video, you have to move everything manually since there is no automatic option to export and save stems. Once you locate your GarageBand session and freeze file folder containing the stems, you can then copy or move those files to any other folder you want on your computer or onto another external drive.

Thanks! Yeah, give it a try. If you have the Shaperbox plugin, you could use that instead of Gross Beat to shape the volume envelope of the reverb.

Hey, I just tested it on Sytrus and it works! Toxic Biohazard, doesn't seem to do the fades for some reason, although pitch works perfectly. I would imagine that other Fl native plugins will also work, but I still need to do some testing. 3rd party plugins def won't work.

@@qstmusicgroup thank you for the response, appreciated!! i may be giving up using toxic biohazard for now haha because it doesn't have a lot of the same capabilities other native FL plugins do. i may give sytrus a try now that you mentioned it, though, thank you!

@@PH0B0PH1L1A You're welcome! I actually just thought of a workaround incase you want to use a sound from Toxic Biohazard or a 3rd party plugin. You could bounce a one-shot from the plugin and drag the .wav back into an Fl sampler. You will then be able to use slide notes for pitch and fades!

For some reason when freezing the tracks, it didn't seem to save the volume adjustments I made in the session. When listening back to the files, it's as if I had put the faders back to 0db. I still don't thinks it's a big deal, especially if you're sending the files to another engineer to get mixed anyway.

Yes. If you follow the steps in this video, the exported stems will have any fx / plugins that you have on your master (including Gross Beat). Whatever automation you have done will be printed to those stems during export.
