Ooh, I love so many of those prompts! I don't have a RUclips channel but I'll definitely be participating behind the scenes. I have wallpaper stash that I don't often use so I'm looking forward to seeing what folks do with that.

Meg thank you so much for the shout out. I am writing this comment after just seeing you flip through the first journal and my mouth is literally gaping. Kudos for the coin wrapper hidden journal spot! OMG - I am so using this idea and you know I will give you full credit for this! The other things so far is the simplicity of taking the fabric scraps gluing them haphazardly to the page and then stitching around them....WHAT?!!! Ok back to the video.....

Really enjoyed the flip thrus! Love them all…how to choose?! If your family is like mine I can imagine the laughter that ensued while they were making the ephemera 😂

Fun fact: there are only 2 remaining Kmarts: 1 in Long Island, NY, and the other near me in Miami. It's very small, just a portion of it's original size since they sold off most of the space to an At Home store. I haven't been in there in a while, but I read it's set up in a vintage Kmart fashion with vintage "Blue Light Special" signs and 70% Off etc. I'm going to have to check it out.

The happy mail packages you receive are testaments to how you embody the Dali quote regarding being inspirational. Not only do you inspire us to create, you inspire your viewers to bless you with treasures for your creative journey which keeps the cycle going! As always thanks for sharing. Love the idea of a swatch book (or junk journal even!) for ribbons, trims and even fabric scraps, etc. Sometimes I hoard things because I fear I’ll never find anything like it again, but if I knew I could flip through a book to at least admire snippets of the past pretties I’ve come across it would be easier to actually use them in projects. Thanks for the shoutout question about Beacon St. in Boston! Beacon St is a pretty long street, so I wasn’t sure if 239 Beacon was closer to Beacon Hill or Kenmore Square or parts of Brookline and Newton, so I looked it up. It’s in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, which is between Beacon Hill and Kenmore Sq. It’s a lovely, lively neighborhood. Gosh, this makes me miss Boston! So happy to hear you spent part of your Honeymoon in Boston and VT! And this is such an amazing happy mail package! I’m swooning over the Vintage trims!

Oh my gosh, I listen to Kmart music too! I've never told anyone that before. The Christmas music is the best. I miss Kmart and Woolworths. My friends and I thought we were so grown up to sit at the Woolworths counter and order lunch. Love all the peach. My wedding color was peach and our daughter's nursery was done in the little peach rose buds. So many memories! I still have my Dating Game from when I was little! What a treasure box from Cindy!
