Sweet more videos of a person who makes enough money to fuck off every day making videos of how to be built.....KEY thing, luck out with a job that pays you enough to do anything else but sleep and work and worry about bills. IE more workout tips for people who have more then enough time to fuck with this shit. The normal mom aint got time for all this at all. Privilaged people workout enough to be built. The rest of us have 0 time for this shit.

You and I have similar body builds but I’ve gained fluff after a tummy tuck. I can’t wait to fully heal. I lifted too heavy and have a set back hopefully didn’t mess myself up 🤦♀️
I’m a silent sneezer because I used to bite my tongue every time and now I can’t sneeze loudly and u know it I tinkle… 2 kids 19 and 15 but man to go without a pantry liner would be amazing!

I recently got a pair of shoes that I think is made for rock climbing. Or maybe soccer? I cannot walk like a normal person in these! I totally get how the shoes need to fit the activity.
We also need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so the only logical conclusion to losing fat and gaining muscle is remaining the same weight or gaining weight. It's just basic physics, I don't know where this unscientific obsession with weight comes from!
The six weeks of having a husband checking the calendar every five minutes untl the moment you have no excuse any more is the most bizarre "medical" norm I have ever heard of. It's right up there with the husband stitch IMO.

Hi recently subbed and following! I had my first baby in 2016. Since then my left side under stomach/ ribs, if i bend to put on shoes or some exercises- i feel some discomfort something getting struck and not releasing. It takes few moments to get to normal. I spoke with many docs ,PTs . All they say is after delivery organs are moved. Btw i had 2 c sections.

When do this are you supposed to be engaged the entire time? I think this is why although my gap closed, I still have a lot of depth near and around the belly button, about an inch deep
