This is why I gave up fly fishing, it's so boring. Much better lure fishing for pike or stepping it down to bfs for perch. Much more fun. Still good stuff bro, my cousin's are from Wishaw they both fish the Clyde.

Hahaha youse two are some laugh together. Quality banter. Id say the light might be a give away especially fishin down stream with the spiders. But you got one so maybe no as bad as ye think. Id still turn it off just incase ye spook a big spooky bitch. Need every little bit of disguise we get. Ive spooked fish just walkin down stream near the bank to fish upstream so they definitely see us under the water.
