After the covid pandemic I was walking past the Hot Wheels at Walmart and was surprised how nice they look compared to when I was a kid. So I decided to collect Japanese Hot Wheels, but you know how it goes. They were so pretty I started collecting them all. I became a hunter for my own collection, I really like to open my cars and customize them. While hunting, I met a local racer who showed me how to build cars to race on his own track at weekly meet ups. I don’t race them currently and I have narrowed down the themes of my collection but I love and appreciate them all.
Customizing Hot Wheels With Fireworks
I made junkyard cars with $20 worth of fireworks. I used 3 cameras to get different angles, the best ones were used to make this video. When I further customize these cars with more details I will make another video. I plan on placing them into a scene or diorama.

I found tons of new diecast on my 9hr hunt. I went more places than in the video though. I was super determined to find fresh G cases with Zamacs but only 2 of 9 Walmarts within an hour of me have put them out so far. The next furthest 4 Walmarts are 1.5hrs away so I didn't try them. Only one Target had good stuff and I didn't find anything at Krogers, Dollar Trees, or Dollar General. I decided...

Great haul, man, what a cool selection of cars.. My favorite has to be that black Moving Parts camper van, though - I need that one, definitely. Oh, personally I do have the red and yellow Mad Manga, which came in a Nightburnerz 5 pack from a few years back, and although I usually don't like Hot Wheels fantasy cars, this one is pretty cool indeed !
The mechanism on the sprinter door is addicting to fidget with. They did a really good job with it. You got a good Mad Manga. Those colors are cool. The tooned mangas are pretty good too but the track mangas are usually fantasy colors.
lol previously, that was funny. Nice openings seeing the castings open really makes you want to pick them up. Have to say my fav was your mainline mad manga first editions that was sweet
I got my mords wixed up. I was operating on 2.5 hours sleep from the night before. I’m glad you like the Mad Mangas too! The Mads have the best paint of the Manga cars. The purple pullback is the only one I have ever seen so far from the new wave. It must be hard to find.

@Diecastjoe and if they don't stock in the morning it may happen like an hour before they close, I have 2 Walmart in town, one stocks before close and the other one does it 1st thing in the morning.
@@MdDiecastHunter Yeah I have noticed them starting to stock before they close at the main Walmart that I go to and usually have fuller shelves in the morning. So will try to go in earlier every morning and see what happens!

I found the Toretto set today all 5 cars - really cool set, I like the new wheels on these cars they have brake discs showing which is nice, did you take the set?
The only one I took was the Chevy fleet line. I have never seen a hot wheels like that missing doors and a hood before and the whole fenders and bumper too. Which ones did you get?

31:43 Nice vehicle's and price. The Coke M2 are always really expensive I noticed. Definitely could've bought a few mainline and Big Time Muscle vehicle's with $52.
32:32 My Walmart had two new Chevy Fleet line vehicle's, with curved cards too. I didn't buy one. Thought it looked better on video to in person for the price.
Yeah, I was a tough choice. I keep seeing big-time muscle that I like, but I haven’t bought any in a long time.
The two full sets I showed in the video were perfect. But the single fleet line later in the video was definitely bent on purpose.

4:29 I have some Big time Muscle, F&F, Motor Max and M2 1/24 vehicle's. The M2 looks like a metal model kit. Definitely not cheap.
The M2 engines are awesome on the big ones. They are $25 here though so I have never bought one yet.

You have the normal original style of dump bins. Nice Greenwood in grey. Our dump bin is horrible here. You have a nice selection and fresh vehicle's there. 👍🏻
This is only half of the Walmart within a one hour radius. There’s another three more if I want to travel even further. And they look different.
