One of the greatest video game soundtracks ever! I still listen to it 22 years later in 2024! I listen to Tallon IV Overworld when it's raining and Phendrana Drifts when it's snowing! Still trying to do the Underwater reactor music while scuba diving haha!

The Phendrana Drifts scores were always my overall favorite.

This was the greatest game ever. Literally.

The genius of this whole ost is that it gives character to the locations even more than their fantastic designs.

I just can't get enough of this soundtrack, it gets me in a similar mood as those 90's Drum'N'Bass 2 hours long mixes, relaxing and energizing at the same time .. killer vibes !

I am not particularly a huge soundtrack guy... but Metroid Prime,Quake,The Zelda Series,Persona Series and Celeste all make it impossible not to like video game music. This is seriously a masterpiece of a soundtrack, I don't think I have ever heard anything else like it

I always thought it was so brilliant how they wait to intoduce the ruins main theme until a few bosses are down and then after a crazy long lofi intro that sich melody sneaks in... absolute goosebumps every single time

Kenji Yamamoto will go down as the best producer in the entirety of all human existence. This soundtrack is soooooo beyond anything in 2023, not to mention how ahead of its time it was when it dropped in 2002. I still can’t believe this came out 21 years ago and it has stood the test of time.

The game so far ahead of its time that twenty years later, they give it a spit-polish, release it on the current console and it still fits in with modern games.

I finished this game today for the first time. This game is incredible. Masterpiece.

Imagine being a teenager and not having grown up with that masterpiece as a memory. Just for this sole reason I wouldn't exchange my life for another even for a million dollars. I picked that game in a supermarket along with Super Mario Sunshine because it was cheap and "player's choice". It was pure luck, I knew nothing about that game, never played the previous ones. I can't describe the happiness I'm feeling now thinking it's out again and remastered.

I finished Metroid Prime remastered and immediately came here so those feelings can last longer ... This game is pure honey. Edit : Tallon Overworld Depths, you know when.

I played this game for the first time at the ripe age of 8, and never was good enough or had the cognitive function and ability to complete it till age 11-12... 182 hours of playtime on my original account in "memory card slot A". - I checked today. I then played Prime 2 and that too was epic. Ever 2-3 years I jump back into the game and love every moment. I have never watched a walkthrough of the game so every now and then when I replay the game, I find new missile expansions that I never knew were there! Currently playing the remastered version on switch and its beautiful.... Thank you, Nintendo, for creating a masterpiece!
