I have the same GTX 650 1 GB And my pc specs are these Brand HP i5 2400s 2.5 Ram 8 GB HDD 512 GB Power supply 350 Monitor 22 inches max resolution 1920x1080 My gta 5 still feels like it's giving me 40 fps and my screen also stuttering without vsync and if i turn on Vsync then it gives me 30 fps even in 720 low settings these all happening

Without any frame lags and smoothly also: - London 2038, which is the community multiplayer version of *Hellgate London* which passed away :( - Starcraft 2 - Need for Speed Most Wanted. By the way there is no need to have 200 FPS with a 1000€ card.

bro, you have something configured wrong, go to the nvidia control panel, I have a second generation i3 and a gt 710 2gb and gta v is going to 40 to 60 fps in low graphics and some in medium
