Welcome to my channel. Here you will find some great railfanning videos and the building of my N scale model railroad train layout. The Si-Gogglin Creek RR. I capture most of my railfan videos in the great state of Ohio, but also love a good road trip to New and exciting places to catch trains, that I call fishin trips to catch a train. I hope to steadily improve my channel for your enjoyment. All comments are welcome but keep them family friendly, please like, subscribe and share this channel with others you think would enjoy my journeys and adventures, let's go fishin and catch a train.

Byesville scenic railroad
The Marietta Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad The route of the Byesville Scenic Railway was originally built as the "Marietta & Pittsburgh" Railway during 1871-1873. The main purpose for the building of the rail line was to haul coal from the once numerous deep mines south of Cambridge. The original line was 103 miles long, originating in Marietta. Moving northward, the line passed through the cities of Caldwell, Byesville, Cambridge, Newcomerstown, and Dover, which was the end of line. In the late 1800's the line was eventually reorganized as the Cleveland & Marietta Railway. The line eventually became part of the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR), which already owned a rail line from Dover...

Just saw the "Prime F Osborn III" CSX Passenger car go by my house. Why is it so special?
@@TFUNK not that it's to special other than it's part of the executive train. And you dont see yhem much, So was cool seeing it on it's own on an auto rack train. Cool you seen it as well
They're ok if you're doing a TOY train layout, but they'd need a LOT of work if you're actually doing a model railroad. Just too toy like for anything else.
@@ffjsb fair enough, but some folks just love to run trains and don't want to break the bank, and I've seen a few layouts with these and they look just fine. And everyone has there own modeling ideas and skill levels. So for the price they don't mind it much.. do you have a layout that we can see.. appreciate you watching
@@TriGogglin I've been working on my layouts for years, and they still have a lot of work to do...
That was once an expansive yard. The thoroughfare you labeled Joyce Rd. is actually in the suburbs. The thoroughfare that you showed going beneath the yard is called Leonard Ave. (on the NE side of the yard) and E. 5th Ave. (on the SW side of the yard). Actually Joyce AVE. is the one you referred to in the title; however, that passes over the yard.
@@154Colin you are correct on everything you said, but since Joyce rd goes directly over top and you can see the yard from that vantage point, is the reason I referenced it. It's easier for folks to find it that way. Appreciate you watching
Thank you for the support and pushing me that 1 up to 500! I connected too. I love old trains, cars and planes.♥
@@AnneHeyns thank you Anne, I don't know why I didn't think to hit you with this channel sooner.. hope you enjoy the content. I know it's not for everyone. But there's a good variety, not just trains passing by all the time.. appreciate you

Awesome man also how do you get in there?
@@dnoc4973 thanks, the Mcdonald location you can walk across the bridge to see the over head view, and the lords town location is hit or miss if the gate is open, there are other businesses in there.. appreciate you watching
If the gate is opened does that mean you can get in
@dnoc4973 yeah, I just respected the property, I stayed in my car and didn't climb on nothing, and it is covered with security cameras.. a few folks waved at me so I guess it's OK. But that's up to you..
@@TriGogglin did you ask permission to go in or did you just go in
Gate was open, I just went in. And another reason I just stayed in the car. Didn't wanna push my luck.. but if the gate was closed I would of not tryed to get in..
Awesome❤
@@chiefbrokenbrain thanks Cheif, it's a good looker
Pappy, back when I still worked, on the weekends the regular fans were seated on the wye at sterling ohio, they were regulars and I made alot of noise for ( all the hoggers did ) when we approached Sterling and you also had to announce your approach to Kaufman Ave. At 60 mph you only had a few seconds to get the window open and wave, I always enjoyed their dedication….Running out through Ohio you had your regulars that I always looked and waved too and that includes the Amish working their farms, it was fun, retired 11 years and I still don’t know where time is flying too, good day …👍~~~
Thats awesome, wish they were all like you. It makes it much more fun. And I bet the regulars appreciated you doing that.. I'll have to look into sterling sometime. And your right time is flying by, I was just holding my Grandson and now he has a job. It's crazy.. appreciate you and this comment
@@TriGogglin thanks for the comment pappy, I enjoy your caboose series I never know where you will find one which makes it more interesting….👍
