Hormonal contraception and endometriosis
Nuvaring has been amazing for me and my endo pain! Literally has been rhe only birth control ive been on that doesn't make me feel miserable. Its the opposite it makes me feel more balanced and helps with my endo pain. My periods are so much lighter. I can even skip them if i want to!
Endometriosis can be effectively managed through Planet Ayurveda's formulation of Female Health Support, Pradarantak Choorna, Boswellia Curcumin. These herbal remedies are free of any chemicals or preservatives, hence, they restore hormonal imbalance.
Let alone what the recent vaccines did to so many woman's cycles which were specifically targeted in those jabs. Get out of the allopathic system of not understanding nutrition and what the human body needs in the way of living foods that are not tainted with chemical toxins and totally denatured first of all. I am glad she realizes that surgery should always be a last resort.
This is a great example that endometriosis affects every woman’s body differently and every woman will have different dietary triggers, restrictions, and needs
I think that GI involvement continues into menopause. Everyone seems to think that menopause ends endo, but endo is more than misplaced uterine tissue. Also it may be that having one or two genes for hemochromatosis encourages the uterine tissue to migrate in the first place. If you have a gene for hemochromatosis, having a period would prevent over accumulation of iron, but that protection will be lost at menopause. No reason that endo isn’t also more common in women with one or two copies of the genes for celiac disease as well.
Thankyou for your insights.

Hey, frustrates me the doctors never listen to us women the patients their job is to listen to their patients it’s not like we go in there for free we pay them we are paying customers and for them to dismisses like crazy people is absolutely and forgiving if they don’t know how to treat us for Endometriosis they should just say they don’t know how to help us and recommend this to someone else or just say they don’t know and for us to look for help elsewhere and not see that it’s old and I hit😡
Please add more videos to this channel. ❤
How do I find someone who can read my pelvic MRI results? I don’t trust whatever random radiologist was rostered on when I had mine done.

It was challenging and unbearable because of how critical my health situation was. but I am grateful and happy to have ordered Dr Aluda herbal supplements on RUclips which I used and it shrunk my multiple fibroids..
Excelente. Gratidão imensa
Dr said i have chocolate cyst and i am trying for baby 😢 i had these symptoms for years only after going to private clinic I have been diagnosed. I have severe bloating, dark blood before and after period, also discharge through bellybutton 😣
I healed my endometriosis with diet, stopping pain meds, dealing with digestion issues.
hi...could you tell us more what is your diet..thanks

It is sooooo much about our tainted diet that targets our womb. Thank you for posting your true cure for something that is avoidable if we get back to earing a natural intended diet for our species.
I was told this!
It was all around the lower part of my bowels, so for years I thought it was IBS triggered by my period. Brutal. I would collapse. Also had ovarian cysts and peritoneal lesions.
After eliminating sugar, alcohol and gluten, my endometriosis gets better. And vice versa
My Dr just told me to stop using it. Smh she hasn't came across any research for it to help with any of my issues. Lolz altho she told me to choose edibles if I do choose cannabis for medicine lolz
a very informative video
Why so much inflammation in our bodies n pain.nhow to get rid of dr.??😲
I had high hopes about mini pill Visanne, I start taking them after laparoscopy, my doctor thought they have less side effects then Diperheline. But it just made bleeding constant for a month and formed new cysts after the surgery so I was urgently put on Dipehreline and it helped enormously and even shrinked two small cysts that prolonged bleeding on Vissianne formed in just 40 days. From other side effect mini pill caused headache, nausea and mood swings. Dipherline on the other side was a perfect choice for me for 6 months I was pain free and beside hot flushes and skin dryness I did not have more serious side effects.
What to eat then?
Such a horrible disease and few specialist, so much ignorance over the matter in the medical group and affects many young girls and women. Endiometriosis affects not just your body but the quality of life. And is so ignored not much research interests to help people affected by it. Should be recognised as disability because yes many times the pains the stomach problems the tiredness makes you feel in what is the bloody point to be alive!
I want Dr Cherry to do my extensive endo surgery 💔
One of the best videos on Endometriosis! Looking forward to see more videos from DR Cherry Koh. Thank You.
BC forms of endo care can ease symptom, they do not treat endo, rather endo can progress further impacting organ and fertility. Endometriosis glands and stroma secrete, they do not bleed, bleeding comes from inflammation or leaking cysts, endometriosis lesions on path reports do not have blood vessels in them
The problem with suppressing symptoms you do not stop disease from progressing, scarring from impacting organs as well as fertility. Like wise endometriosis glands and stroma secrete they do not bleed, be cautious
I suffered from endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids throughout my teens, 20's and 30's. It was so painful and exhausting. It was also emotionally hurtful because my spouse did not understand in the least and had no empathy. I never felt less than a woman. He felt I was using the disease as an excuse to not have sex with him. It was the beginning of the end of our marriage. We need more informative videos and programs as this that could be a springboard for greater understanding between men and women.
Can I get info link about the hormone suppression eluded to re the differences of the brain level vs. the ovary level? I've been on period suppression for almost 20 years. I've been on the "mini-pill" single hormone for maybe 2 years (I started having issued with period suppression maybe 7 years ago, but no complete period, only some breakthrough type stuff on the mini pill. But after gaslighting from doctors that I was just having "IBS" it's not obvious this is endo again and probably only resolving with laparoscopy. Re this great presentation, if I have the laparoscopy procedure, I may as well have the best combination of care since I'm in my forties now and won't be having bio children. My husband has fertility issues on his end, and my medical situation can't tolerate everything they do if we use medical intervention to get pregnant, so not worth it. We've been married ~12 years and explored possible surgical solutions and medical "menopause", and thank goodness the mini-pill worked. I have active PTSD and other issues like what is now long-term undiagnosed B12 pernicious anemia. The idea of drug based or surgical based menopause with those symptoms active in diagnosed less than a year ago was terrifying. Thank you,
I've been taking a progesterone only pill for two years and it has helped IMMENSELY. 90 percent of my symptoms are gone and I very rarely get a flare up and when I do, it's very mild. I have stage 3 and i'm glad this has helped, however, I do not want to be on BC for the next 20 years of my life. I desperately want to find a more natural method of keeping my symptoms at bay. I was diagnosed through LAP at 27 and have only had to have one surgery total, but I didn't know about ablation versus excision beforehand so unfortunately, I had an ablation surgery.
I moved off the progesterone only pill to the mirena coil. However it took 18 months before this started to work.
My leg just shattered beneath me after my gynecologist mentioned osteoporosis to me and how I should go off of my Depo injections. It’s only been since 2018. I couldn’t get back to see them and I’m in blinding pain. I knocked the insane amount of opioids, I have so many other health issues, so many issues, and I’m trying to sip vodka. There are so many side effects to many. I had no idea. Now I have $90,000 in hospital bills from trying to stand up and my bones breaking...major surgery...I’ll likely never drive again...be careful.
My gyno recommends the hormonal IUD. Watching this what I am on is the best treatment...was on...just awful side effects. I’m bedridden and I have never met someone with a pain tolerance like me.
Please make video about hysterectomy decision and research about reoccurrence of endo symptoms

There is no evidence. That retrograde is where endo comes from, the tissues are different, there is no evidence of implantation, no initial attachment, and many have reflux and only 1 in 10 have endo. This is discouraging to hear the myth spread.
Endometriosis is different than the endometrium, and will not respond reliably
Best explanation and theory I’ve heard so far. Thank you
