Here is what needs to be done. Everyone should agree. Cut the following players: Cappa, Volson, Taylor-Britt, Stone, Zack Moss. Re-sign: chase,Higgins hendrickson, Gesecki Let Zack know personally he is on the hot seat. If we start slow gone if we don't make the playoffs gone. If Burrow gets sacked within 7 sacks of this years number gone. If we don't make the AFC championship and win……gone

No DC can close out games for a team where the offense has all of the talent... In the 9 Wins this year... The Defense or Special Teams won the game for them... IE first Win Offense has a TO in the 4th against Panthers in a 10 point game... Defense gets a critical stop and they win the game... If they dont get the stop and its a 3 point game late... They go 0-4... The second win The offense had no passing TDs... They scored a total of 17 points... The Giants Kicker missed 2 Fgs, but the defense saved the day... 3rd win Offense scored 14 points... 0 in a half... STs got a TD and the Def saved the day... Against the Raiders... Burrow throws a Pick 6 up 21 and the offense goes 3 and out right after... If Hendrickson does not dominate its a one score game late in the 4th Quarter... 4 Wins where the Defense had to close it out when the Offense got Sloppy or struggled.... Cowboys win Muffed Punt was the key to the win late. Win 6 the offense turned it over 3 times and they won... Win 7 the defense dominated the browns offense forcing TOs and holding them to 6 points. Against the Broncos they held the team to 24 total points and did not give up a point in 2 possessions in OT... Defense had to close out win 8... In The final game of the season the Offense had multiple opportunities to close out the game but could not as the defense got them win 9... So All the wins the defense or special teams stepped up... Now the losses... Offense could not get 17 to beat the Pats??? Offense gave KC 7 points??? Defense played good enough to win but Offense could not do it... Commanders game was one where offense settled for FGs against a bad Def.. But that loss is on the defense. So that is 11 Games where the Defense played good enough to win and they only won 9 because the offense could not score late or TO late... The Commanders game was one where offense settled for FGs against a bad Def... Ok Defense lost 1... Ravens game both offenses dominated struggling defenses... In OT your defense gets a TO and you run it 3 straight times and kick a 53 yarder??? What??? Def eventually lost it but the offense did not help matters there. You can win the game too! Then Eagles was bad all around... No one was winning that game... Then Ravens 2.0 they have a 14 point lead late in 3rd and the ball... SHould be game over right??? No Fumble then 3 and out and its a 1 point game... Defense could not close it out so they lose but the comeback is on the offense. TO then 3 and out is why the offense cannot close out games. Chargers game its 27-27... Bengals defense kept it to that score on 2 straight possessions and the offense settled for FGs and missed and eventually the defense gave up the back breaker... They gave up 7 points in the second half and there were opportunities to win it with a TD. Came up short. Then the other Steelers game where the offense turned it over 3 times leading to 10 points... In that game the defense gets a blocked kick to keep it a 6 point game... Wow they are still in this they settle for a Fg with all that momentum... Next possession TD by defense. Now its a 10 point game and the flood gates open... Burrow give up the Scoop and score... Its 17 point game now... Remember the Defense also got a TD in this game... So In reality the Offense netted 24 points out of the 38... They also had 3 TOs... Those add up in a game... Defense played bad but the offense got to Garbage time TDs that were too little too late... When you TO it over late and give the other team points you cant complain when you lose. Lou had the worse unit on the field and still put the offense in situations to win games and the Offense blew it every time. Even when the Offense tried to blow the game in the wins the defense stepped it up... I say all this to reiterated Zach is the problem and has always been the problem and the DC will have to close out game because the talented side of the ball has a coach that cant get a Game winning TD on the first or second try in OT... Because he settles for Fgs not TDs because if he did not have Chase, Burrow or Higgins he would have the Worst Offense in the NFL... Lou did not deserve to get fired... Taylor will always need extra possessions and will always need his defense to close out games!!! He is not Good!

Since the firing of Lou was a Front Office & Zac decision reported by Malik, then both FO & Zac might have their hands on the hiring of the new DC. So if it doesn't work out then logically speaking have grace on Zac and dont just pile on him because the decision of new DC might not be his sole hire.

Get rid of Z Taylor. He’s a good guy but not a great coach. Burrow and Chase have carried him. They need a head coach that can push them and the front office to get serious about winning.

I want the Bengals to get serious about defense. A new DC don’t do anything if we have the same defense with the same mentality.

How many times did the defense stop the broncos in overtime? What about when the offense couldn't do anything against the giants? I was at that game. They scored 19 against Pittsburgh in a do or die game. I can keep it going.

I remember Lamar fumbling and burrow throwing a pic and misspherson missing a field at the end of the game. I remember the offense scoring only 10 points against the pats. That's two loses imo on the offense alone.

The greatest issues within the Cincinnati Bengals. Are the front office, and the lack of scouts. Those need to be fixed immediately. Those two tissues seem to be at the core, of the problems plaguing the Cincinnati Bengals organization.

I think they should have kept Lou. They need players on defense. Lou is proven I don’t think he forgot how to coach defensive football. They are scapegoating him. I do however agree with getting rid of frank pollack. Run game and offensive line have been consistently poor.

What does the money scenario for this hire look like? Will the front office be willing to put up the money that allows Zac Taylor go after upgrades that are an upgrade for Lou? Or, will they low-ball that position's money line?

Get Defensive Coordinator from Raiders.He worked with Marvin Lewis in Las Vegas and learned D Schemes.Get another pass rusher opposite Trey. Draft Nick Scourton of Texas A.M and DTackle Dione Walker of Kentucky.Rid defense of bad Cornerback and safety. Scout players better.

Here is some of what we need to do for 2025! Get rid of some players on defense to free up as much cash as possible under the cap! Then get Myles Garrett out of Cleveland and get him in stripes opposite Big Play Trey a.k.a. Mr. Sackcinnati! Extend Trey 2 more years! Get the deal done with Ja'Marr and Tee!!!!! Get 2 veteran guards that are above average in free agency and let Volson and Kappa go! Hire a GM and make certain his name is John Lynch! Hire Mike Vrabel as our new Defensive Coordinator! Hire Eric Bienemy as our new OL coach! Let Vrabel hire his choice for our new D-Line coach and a new coach to replace Bettcher! If at all possible get a Cornerback, my choice would be to try to get Denzel Ward from Cleveland along with Garrett! Also, get Travis Hunter in the draft! After Hunter is selected, the Bengals should make a call to the team that selected him and make a deal to get him! Give up a couple of draft picks to get Hunter! The team that chooses Hunter will probably be willing to give him up for 2 picks lower than the first round, but higher than the 6th round. Somewhere between the 2nd and the 5th rounds. Give up one of those picks in the 2025 draft and one in the 2026 draft! If necessary, then give up the 2 draft picks in the 2025 draft! Most of what we need to do involves defense, therefore it would behoove Mike Brown and Co. make most of the necessary moves in free agency! The changes and improvements that we need to make need to come from free agency more than from the draft!!! We need these improvements right now!!! Drafting for the future isn't as high of a priority right now as the acquisition of high quality free agent veterans who are already developed and experienced!!!! Free agency is for right now and the draft is for later! High quality veteran free agents will get us back to the playoffs, reclaim the AFC North Division title from the Cravens, reclaim the AFC Champions crown, get us back to the Super Bowl and finally get us that highly-coveted SB championship! I know that Mike Brown and Co. don't like to give up draft picks, but change and adaptation are imperative!!!! It is the only way to survive in any environment and in any situation!!!!! Furthermore, we need to increase and improve the scouting dept. with more scouts and a larger budget!!!! We need to have as many scouts as possible to scout the NCAA, undrafted free agents, the Canadian league, the Arena league and the UFL!!!!! Additionally, and most of all, Zac needs to go!!! It is looking like he may end up sabotaging the Bengals to save his job! He may not want to hire a Defensive Coordinator who is too good because he might think that they may become his replacement! He may not be looking out for the best interest of the team or the fans!!!!! I have suggested possible coaches to replace Zac, but I have never suggested this possibility. The choice of this former coach may seem like heresy to some Bengals fans, but it makes a lot if sense when you think about it! As a diehard, loyal, long-time Bengals super fan I don't like to think about this, but it is a very good decision!! My choice for Zac's replacement is Bill Cowher! Yes, Coach Cowher! His resume speaks for itself! Mike Brown and Co. need to persuade him out of retirement, out of the sportscaster chair and back into the coach's cap with the Bengals!!! I very much believe that if Mike Brown and Co. do most of what I have suggested we will be in Super Bowl LX next year!!!!!!! Who Dey!!!!!!!!!!!!
