    Ive been banging away on a 2006 manifold with a hammer to try and get it to work. Talk about a pain in the A_ _ ! Finally got the rear Manifold in, but didnt want to fit, without hitting the front axle shaft. Took an old socket and bent the manifold about 1/2 inch inward where the shaft went, and now it works. Hope everything else works! I Need both manifolds and Y pipe. Fingers crossed!!!

    No unloader valve?? Lol. 💣At the very least you should have another pressure relief valve set at 125psi, to act as a sort of unloader. Also is there a check valve in that setup to relieve the compressor head from tank load? That kill switch should be wired into the higher relief valve to kill the engine if that is ever hit, valve gets stuck one day, you know what is going to happen.

      I do have a proper unloaded valve now. I converted another snowblower to an air compressor and bought an unloaded valve I can use with either compressor. There is another video I uploaded a few months ago for that project.

You're the only guy who told me to clean the jet inside the carburetor. THANK YOU! I thought that might come out, but I was worried I'd ruin timing or flow... again, THANK YOU! I don't understand why his connections just slid on & off and I needed a small screw driver to have mine released. That to me, especially in the back, was the biggest pain in the a$$!!! It is NOT as easy as he makes it look!!!!

  • @sherristell4747
    @sherristell4747 3 месяца назад

    This was so much easier than taking the manifold off and saves money not replacing intake gasket (kit). The back side requires more feeling than seeing. I found allowing the rear coils to rotate slightly was easier to reconnect the wiring clip; put the bolt back in last. Take care not to drop tools or the bolt. Using a 1/2 drive breaker bar made loosing the rear spark plugs much easier. This job took me about 1 hour.

    suggestion- lose the long shots and get the camera down in there where you're working so we can see exactly what you're working on, like you did when removing the plugs. The coil removal left me scratching my head as to what the hell you were doing in there. Same with the non-existent back end video work. If we can't see it, we can't learn it. And, try looking at the camera lens instead of yourself. That's really distracting.
