scarab part doesnt work for male dwarf, and the brazier jump doesnt work u get 1 clapped even with fear

that first jump does not go as planned. and hav etwice the mobs chasing me than you do.. idk whats up with the guys making these videos.. but this perfect scenerio doesnt exist in my world

Imagine only doing ST target kills as Shadow after 45+ - you optimize leveling as Shadow by pulling another mob or 2 and fearing them while they are all ticking down. Space them so they die at staggered times to maintain Spirit Tap. If you already do it, keep multiple ranks of Screams on your bars/hotkeys. At this point you will have 200-250 Shadow/Spell power. Mind Flay is mostly a waste of mana and GCD, wand instead, unless you need to slow the mob. Some errors, not that it really matter - SForm increases Shadow wand damage, but Darkness does not (shadow weaving does, at most you'll have 2-3 SW up on any mob). - Gravestone if SF only, otherwise just buy Umbral Wand at 40 (of Shadow Wrath is BIS and will last you until ST class quest is out or you get one of either Strat/Scholo ones); make due with any caster stat one if you don't want to pay the premium for SW. - 'Full' duration SWP is 24s You prio spell/shadow power gear (plenty of crafted options with Dreamweave, Shadowweave, and Star Belt) since SWP is one of the best scaling spells in the game (214% IIRC) and can downrank as needed. If you are just stacking stats, just stick to Holy.

I watched a video you did on Intellect vs healing power stat on character items. I had usually favored healing power over other stats for no logical reason other than the stat name (healing power)-I mean sounded logical to me. Your video made a tremendous amount of actual logical sense as you have the math to back it up. What do you think of this guys concept in which he favors healing power gear and then combines that direction with using down ranked skills (as they cost less mana) and for the mana used provide more healing. He didn't provide math to back it up. So I have 339 spell power with T1 chest and 384 with robes of the exalted. Does it mean I should wear that instead?

After bouncing between your advice, power word: heal's advice and hydramist's advice while being bored out of my mind in the levels 30-40 slog, I arrived at the conclusion that the best 1-40 spec is: Wand Spec + Spirit Tap as usual, but then you put 10 points into Holy (so you end up with Crit 5/5 + Divine Fury 5/5 at level 29), and then resume going Disc finishing with Inner Focus/Meditation at level 38. Do whatever until your 40-42 respec. I thought I'd miss Meditation and Inner Focus a lot but I really didn't. Wand damage indeed drops off in the 30s and doing the Holy Fire + Smite openers feels so much better with Divine Fury 5/5 (even though you can technically do them without it as well). At level 30 in Arathi I was doing Holy Fire precast, Smite + Mind Blast while the mob is running at me, then SW:P + enable wand at the same time. Make sure you don't cast any more spells to be out of the 5 sec rule by the time you gain Spirit Tap for the kill, then let the Spirit Tap do its work and repeat. I was killing mobs way faster than just trying to Mind Blast + SW:P + Wand all the way and even though I was spending more mana on damage, it also meant I had to heal/shield myself a lot less cuz of the shorter combat which I think compensated for it or something.

Insane find to make priest even faster levelers. Something I wanted to add is if you choose to do this as an alt priest on a pre-established server i.e. not the first week of a fresh server, EZ-thro dynamite and engineering explosives in general can be a great way to shave off time/make the runs quicker just to hit lockout that much faster.

so stacking of the whale gear while leveling is good in a pvp server? or just fuck it and go owl?

Great Video. Thanks. I leveled 5 mages and a paladin there. Never could imagine Priest could do that boost. The jump into the wall at the start of the instance is indeed impossible for gnomes. It is impossible for both (male and female). And there are two more gnome specialities, that i know. 1. You do not get as far behind the vase, like shown at 18:56 timestamp. But the reset spot works despite it as a gnome. 2. You cannot walk behind the vases like shown at 19:44 timestamp. But since gnomes cannot be priests, it shouldnot bother. Great work!

If you made a macro to jump and strafe left/right would that work? Idk if it’s possible but would help my fat fingers lol.

This makes for an excellent youtube video, but the reality is that everything is super difficult to pull off and it will take hours to learn. Even reaching the first reset spot is super rng and takes lots and lots of practice. If u can reach the pull spot then u have to do everything perfectly and not fuck up once. I got baited and even went through skull of impending doom cancerous chain to save on speed potions, too bad I can't even reach the pull spot lol.

Could you make a dungeon healing guide covering topics such as the use you give to each spell (renew, shield, heal, fade), how much to let the tank health drop to go for a bigger heal, play style adjustments based on your remaining mana... Anything that defines your play style and that can be useful for others. I enjoy so much aiming for the optimal efficiency and learning from seasoned players like you.
