Yep...clearly Robert was the correct choice. All the other candidates were good but it felt hollow. Rob filled up all the dead spots and his sound was thick and creamy. He played really tight with Lars as well. I dont know how but he made it happen lol. He is just insanely good. Then Robs son who was 12 at the time goes to sub in for Korns bass player for a few dates. Oh yea and his playing is tight AF.

They try out a new bassist and at the same time they name Burton as if he had been everything!! And what about Newsted, he did a great job and was not deserved or named by Metallica,...so I tell you those days will not come back, neither Burton nor the speed of that time... Metallica is so funny now.
