For me, Regigigas and Victini are my favorite legendaries, but I kinda like Regigigas more than Victini so I think he deserves a buff. I’m okay with slow start but instead of 5 turns, make it 3 and I think they should keep the strength and speed halfed but they should higher up the defense when he is in slow start and when the slow start is over the defense should go back to normal. I hope they buff Regigigas’ slow start to something like this.

He was not given that ability to Nerf his stats it was just because that was the Lore Reggie Giggis was based off of slow start it has some deep info into it if you want to find it you can search up why Reggie gigas has slow start
