I used to have pretty bad emetophobia too but then my mother decided to have another child and I was stuck with a sister who is 13y younger than me. She used to get sick during every single car ride, it was like exposure therapy. It sucked cus I had to be the one to help clean up. But it helped cus I’m not too bad anymore👍
