Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 SE, 2" Lift Kit, Front Installation
Просмотров 1,5 тыс.7 месяцев назад
This video begins with an overview of my Kawasaki Mule 2017, following installation of a front lift kit, wheel spacers, new 12" rims and 26" tires. I'd estimate ground clearance has been increased by 3 to 4 inches. Following the introductory overview, this video contains detailed step-by-step instructions for installing the front lift kit. I hope it is helpful to someone.

FAIL - Hewlett Packard T120 rewinder (left roll support) replacement
Просмотров 8410 месяцев назад
This video provides details on replacement of the left roll support on a Hewlett Packard T120 large format printer. I performed this procedure in an attempt to restore the printer to working condition. The replacement of the part was performed without incident, but it did not fix the problem. I'm posting this video in the hopes it might help someone with replacement of the rewinder assembly, or...

Awesome video!! The wheels and tires look great. I also have a Kawasaki 4010 4x4 that I want to lift and put new wheels and tires on it. I like the look of your wheels and tires. Would you be able to link where you purchased the wheels, tires, and wheel spacers? Thanks again

@@alexander0194 Hi, thanks for letting me know
Why is he using a chicken house to work on?
I know.
Is it caused by a failure in the RC-PR5?
The synchros inside the transmit Are bad that's why it keeps popping out there made out a brass and They wear out the only way to fix that is to take the transmission out of the car And yes, I do know what I'm talking about.I work for transmission Garage. That's all I do all day
Thank you.
I went to mini corsa in north Hollywood and they told my mom she needs a new clutch , same symptoms it pops out 6th gear, $1,500 job
Shifter cables are stretched or you have bad syncros. Id say the cables, you can adjust them slightly.
Just put aftermarket 25” tires on my 3010 Mule - question, where did you get your 2” lift spacers that you have mounted above your coil springs?
Here is a link to the item I purchased: a.co/d/ifmjfHk The kit includes the lift spacers
Sure will!
Make sure you make a video once you get everything hooked up and running!
I have the exact same issue with my 96 2.5L, and so I've been driving with the fuse inserted for over a decade. It's a faulty transmission, I'm told. Whenever I need the rear wheel drive, as for instance when once stuck in 3 inches of solid ice after an ice storm, I removed the fuse to get traction. It's annoying but not fatal. You could drop $4k on a transmission if you want that binding issue. to go away. Good luck. $18 is an amazing deal.
What was the fix I have the same problem
Hello, I have a question about the trimble 4000, how can I solve the rollover?
I'm sorry but it has been many years now since I've used these receivers. Trimble may have a solution, but I don't know the particulars.
Thank you so very much for this video
Thank you!! Issue solved!!
Thank you so much. You are a gentleman and a scholar.
I have been having this problem for the past few months (T120). I realized that when you first guide the roll into the machine the system detects the paper and then asks what kind of paper you are loading. You select the type, but the machine slips and is unable to grab enough paper to feed it under the print head sensor. So immediately after you select the type of paper you need to be pushing paper into the feeder until it grabs enough paper to pull it under the print head sensor and align it. This fixed the problem without having to clean the head (but I did clean it anyway using the method below of just lifting the top lid and using a q tip - do not disassemble the unit).
tldr: should I sell the plotter for scraps or fix it, if the printer needs a new $200+ print head and some serious ink chamber cleaning (the compartment shown in this video). I need some advice, I finally have gotten to the point of watching this video and i am in the cross road of whether or not to part with this plotter. Firstly I am guilty of refilling cartridges with kits for 2.5 yrs. it was plotting great for the first few years but since covid, The plotter has been in idle and developed a clog. I have probably broke my print head as the result of that (although it sounds like ppl w/ genuine cartridge are experiencing the same headache) Now my printer is leaking crazy and looks like it also damaged the sensor mentioned in your video. The time and money needed to get this operable again will probably exceed what I am willing to afford. If I were to sell my plotter that needs a new print head a deep cleaning, who would take it? Or is it completely worthless, and would be more valuable as a home plotter now that I have learned the in and out of the thing?
I used non-OEM cartridges for some time, and like you developed a problem with the print head. I tried many times with new non-oem cartridges to clean the cartridges, but the problem persisted. I decided to replace the print head and use genuine HP cartridges, and I haven’t had a problem since. It is clear that HP’s printer is capable of discerning between genuine and non-genuine cartridges. My suspicion, that I cannot prove, is that the printer is designed to behave differently in response to non-genuine cartridges, leading to these failures. Good luck.
Hi , Can someone take a pic of where the sensor is exactly please?
the line sensor
You Sir are a Hero after weeks of trouble and HP being rubbish you have solved my problem!
Glad it helped you!
Actually, I simply opened the ink cartridge cover. This made the print head go to the far left position. I was then able to clean the sensor (on the left) and the brush (on the right) from the top opening. No need to remove any screws. Plus it works now.
That's a good idea. I came to my solution by following the HP repair manual, but I believe your method would also work. However, your method might not allow for cleaning of the brush at the far right.
Same . Thanks for the video.
I hate HP , I have an HP DesignJet T520e I've had it for 3 years now from New, and EVERY year I had to replace the Print head at R 3400,00 HP gives you absolutely NO !! help or backup. I HATE this thing. Cartridges very expensive. Beginning of this year the Power Pack blew, I waited for mechanic to fix it for 3 weeks, then I fetched the machine out of desperation and had the power pack fixed by a friend . No again Carriage problems. I dare HP to comment on this message.
I'm having issues with printing. I'm not getting an error message and my printer is stuck on multi tray. It will not detect any size paper!
hi, where do you buy the cables? regards
I just go through the replace print head menu and open the top access door. The print head then centers in the opening then i use a clean towel to wipe off sensor. See Manuel for sensor location page 314. shared.swissparts.ch/Manuals/HP/Plotter/HP%20Designjet%20T120%20and%20T520.pdf This makes it so you don't have to take the printer apart to access the sensor. Hope this helps people save some time.
worked like a charm. Solved my error that it couldn't load media because it couldn't sense the paper.
But did it work?
Hi Ruben, It has been several years since I have used the trimble 4000 receivers, and you're asking about a different one, the 4700. I would suggest to review Trimble's documentation.
please show how to orient to north this Antenna
i have a trimble 4700 , how orient to north?
excelent please upload more videos from trimble 4000
how to know when a printer need this treatment?
It has been some time since I performed this task, but my memory is that the printer stopped printing. There was an error code. The ink that had accumulated on the "eye" had prevented the printer from detecting the edge of the paper. I'd say unless you have an error message, maybe don't worry about it.
When the printer suddenly is not detecting the paper, there is ink on the sensor that has accumulated over time that needs wiped off.
How would you convert a file to rinex? I’ve been trying to upload but it just keeps telling me I would need to convert my file to rinex, I already have the Trimble business center
It's been years since I used the Trimble receivers and TBC, but I think Trimble has a free utility that converts to RINEX. TBC probably includes this functionality as well. Alternatively, try UNAVCO's TEQC. Good luck.
If you are using Trimble receivers and Trimble Business Center, you should not need to convert to RINEX. Trimble's software will read Trimble data files. You may need to check how you've got your instrument set up in the software.
Thanks Mark. I appreciate the help. I got it to fly on Saturday. You are absolutely right about giving it enough throttle on takeoff. Can't be tentative with it. Have to punch it a bit.
(1.) calibrate your esc's or (2.) you are playing around too much in the prop wash. Just lift off an move to another area so you are out of your own prop wash. That is why it's tipping. 1. If you haven't calibrated your esc's just push throttle all the way up and plug in battery to pixhawk. Wait for 30 sec, unplug battery from pixhawk, plug battery back into pixhawk, arm the pixhawk with button on pixhawk, pull throttle all the way down, wait 15 secs, unplug battery. That's it. The esc's are calibrated. Make sure when you take off to give it enough power to take off don't build up to it like you are doing in the video! This behavior will cause the quadcopter to tip like it's doing in the video
Curious to know if you have found a solution to this problem since you posted the video?
+Kerry Gallagher Yes, I contacted Leica directly and they updated the software so it would work. I think you can now get the updated software on Leica's website.
