Stony Pass - Overlanding the Continental Divide
In this video, we share our experience traveling over Stony Pass. This trail is in Colorado just NE of Silverton. The trail is beautiful and offers so much nature to experience. This video was recorded last October, which could explain the lack of other riders.
We hope you enjoy this format. This is my first time trying to seriously narrate an overlanding video. Let me know what you think in the comments!

It is pretty expensive. The OEM radio works great. The main selling point in my opinion is that it looks better and has a multitude of options (more cameras, watch videos, etc.). I personally do not like the body style of the new Rangers. However, I do love their infotainment setup. If you're someone who plans on keeping their Ranger for awhile like me, I think it's worth it.

I actually do. This was my old bed rack set up without a cover. Since this video, I've made a new set up that I have not seen yet on YT. It's the rhino bed rack with Elevate rails and a locking Gator roll-up cover. I will be doing a video on it soon so everyone can see. Thank you! And no, you don’t need to remove the headliner completely. You need to only remove the headliner around the A Pillar where the airbags are. There are bolts in there that you have to unscrew to release the weatherstripping on the roof. The headliner should snap right back into place when you’re done. Thank you! I want to get a winch and lockers eventually. So far we've been okay without them on fairly difficult trails. I hope your project goes well. Good luck!

I also overland my 19 ranger. What cab mount system did you go with? Just sleep in sleeping bags in the tent, or do you prefer foam/air mattresses? lights for camp? The power in the bed is really cool. Will be keeping up to see the install. I was thinking about adding a DC-DC inverter to the system and keep a battery in the bed.

This was our first time using the RTT. It comes with a mattress pad, but we also used a sleeping bag inside. It's decently comfortable. We used air mattresses when we ground camped. I will be getting a better set-up in the Spring and will add camp lights around the truck. We currently just use an LED lantern and headlamp. Having auxiliary power is very convenient. I don't know much about an inverter system, but I have seen videos about them and am interested. I'll post the install video within a few weeks. Thank you for watching!
