We live on a small homestead in central Arkansas and are raising our kids to understand that hard work pays off. We are always on the go and on Our Way Out to go somewhere or do something. We want to bring you along with us as we navigate this exciting adventure, we call life. No, she's a great mom! This is her 3rd or 4th litter and I think we’ve only had 1 casualty from getting laid on. We aren’t sure if it was from that or an issue at birth either.
Cinnamon and Blizzard cuddled on the hay--beautiful babies with the goats and sheep. Ponies and donkeys appear to have gotten woolier for the winter season. I love the piglets---I helped my husband cut the boys---that was interesting as could be. Spock---he is so precious. Merry Christmas---GOD'S BLESSINGS!

@GrownsFamily Farm Winter isn't the right time of the year, 60 days for the male to sit on the eggs isn't idea in the cold weather, IMO but it might not get too cold in your neck of the woods & I would love to see some baby Emu's ❣️❣️
@ - Emus in the USA generally lay between October and March. It may not be ideal, but nature has its own timing that we have no control over. We will incubate our eggs rather than having the male sit on them if they do lay this season.
