Wow!

The music is beautiful.... but what is happening? The one Bishop is getting 15 layers of clothes taken off and it gave me weird Russian-Doll vibes. Like, what's under the next layer??? I'm sure when Christ was suffering under Pilate for our sins, He wasn't thinking "Dang, I sure hope someday some guy wears 13 different capes to remember Me~!!"

I've watched this short video dozens and dozens of times. Only now have I realized what is happening to the Archbishop of San Francisco, who is celebrating Mass. It's what happens to me too, which is why I didn't realize it before. Through an inspired arrangement, the celebrated Marian antiphon leads us into the arms of the Mother of the Savior.

This is one of the most beautiful arrangements ever of the famous Marian antiphon Salve Regina.

2 Corinthians 3:13-18 has something to say about the masks.

Here is a boy soprano with exceptional talent yet he is barely discovered because from the looks of it his mother does not know how to promote her son’s gift. Soon it will be gone. Now is the time to run full speed with his beautiful voice recording all the time. If only voices like this were put out into the limelight fully oh what a gift it would be. It’s my hope that someone will read my comment who is close to this boy & go ‘oh my goodness… yes we must do the right thing here’. I am a choir master of 26 years at an all boy school in the US
