Naked Finnish guy in Stockholm vs Police
The stone actually translated in English says "Gudmundur erected this stone in memory of his father"
Instead of fighting with their babies why not clean them bathe them and wash their clothes...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Thats not a gravesite because Ragnars body was not found however rip to Ragnar
I laughed out loud when I first watched the show and it cut to the revealing shot of "Uppsala". I just knew something ridiculous like that was coming and the way the show built up to it and gave us a shot of their reactions first was just perfect.
Victory or Valhalla!💗🇩🇰
Lovely. One of my fav Simon & Garfunkel songs.
The vikings had alot of free time outside of their usual raiding antics eh? 😅. Anyways, these runestones are honestly rly cool to see for some reason, I don’t think there’s anything similar in my country (England)
Them forts are all over here in Ireland too mate I'm always pointing them out to people very cool lol
We have these in England as well, before the romans in like 600-700 A.D they used to bury the dead in these. They are called barrows, if you've ever played OSRS you'd know what barrows are.
Yes, more viking history! I love all that! You have a twinkle in your eye that is comparable to Ragnor in the Viking series! haha!
Ahhh thanks you brute!
haha. I'll subscribe to your loser channel.
Just subbed man. I'd say do a video about the mounds and talk about the history of the Vikings, I've always found the culture fascinating and their religion Asatru as well. I think a really cool topic would be talking about when lots of the Norse people converted to Christianity. Yours sincerely the loser who watched the whole video haha. All the best Brother.
Appreciate it dude! Losers like you give me the encouragement to produce more stuff! :P
@@totallyrandom1I'm glad to hear that haha, I might become your first super fan and be little everyone else in the comments who doesn't know as much as about you as i do. Then start telling myself I am you... Yes yes don't focus on that part of what I have put, looking forward to the next video!
Yes! We'll conquer them all! I was thinking of making a video at some point where me and my buddy disprove the amount of Amanitas (fly agaric 🍄) they consume in the movie "the northman".. because it's accurate! You would need waay more to produce that type of reaction.
@@totallyrandom1You know i hsve watched that film once but never really got into, I think it's a cool idea to do a video about it though as historical accuracy is important. I live over in England and I always thought I descended from the Vikings due to my blonde hair, blue eyes and being tall. So I did a DNA test and it showed my ancestors were Norwegian and of course before that from Germania. I definitely have the temptation to return to the homeland of Scandinavia, I even moved to Northumbria about 10 years ago make of that what you will haha. Did you see how in Iceland that they built the biggest Asatru church since the Viking age? We should move there man! Or you start one in Sweden. Of course I don't actually believe in the old gods but we can just pretend that we do haha as I love the history, culture and mythology. Have you ever wondered whether you would of preferred living back in the Viking age? Skal Brother.
They know....
So tell me dear sir, what do you know about my observations? Where do you live? And what have you done with your time to draw this conclusion, which in my 34 years of experience, is in fact not true. Many people dont know these things, either from ignorance or just good old not giving a shit.
Like your style dude
good lad
Will live for ever in my heart 🥺 ❤️
❤my favourite king 👑
The Danish runestone "Jellingestenen" They say its Jesus. They say its Odin. they are both wrong. I'm positive it's Ragnar Lodbrog laying with snakes. ;)
The burial grounds are bumpy though 😅
🔥🔥
That's very cool thanks for posting it!. Ragnar would be my 30th something great grandfather so it would be nice to find his body one day.
"Gudmund reste denna sten efter Torfast (sin) fader." Runsten vid Smedsta - Sö 20
🌹You're very kind to share such an historical hommage. I live in🇨🇦Canada and the🇮🇹Italians lied. It's long been known that the Vikings were the first Europeans to make the long journey to the Americas, arriving in what is now🇨🇦Canada sometime around the end of the first millennium. But a new article in the journal Nature is the first to pinpoint a precise date: 1021, exactly 1,000 years ago-beating the arrival of🇮🇹Christopher Columbus by nearly 500 years. The research comes from the only confirmed Norse archeological site in the Americas outside of Greenland, a settlement on the northernmost tip of Newfoundland called L'Anse aux Meadows.
Wow that's some cool facts! Sorry to say but my video is a case of some real trolling :P there is no facts here 😂 but still I find all these artifacts very inspiring and important.
power is always dangerous it attracts the worse and corupts the best
Interesting the sun ragnar
Cool heathen viking inspired many to follow him

**Love you Grandpa💆🏽♂️
👍👍
Where in Sweden that is...?...I want see that♥️
There is no real evidence Ragnor even existed so that is not his gave stone.
Madness !
So cool to actually see his grave I thought vikings were lighted on fire in ships lol
Ragnar lothbrok where was he from?
Born in Sweden by a Danish/Swedish king, As very young sent to Norway for protection as Sigurd Ring ( Ragnars father) had many enemies. He came back as a grown up man and later on got the Munsö house in Sweden to rule as a King.
💗
Thank you for sharing this
If Ragnar was real and there’s no proof he was and 50 different versions of the story… he’s more of a legend/myth! But his grave wouldn’t be here considering he apparently died in England! If anything it’s just a head stone but 100% not his grave site!
More very old rock content coming soon? Huge fan
Well it's not very inspiring getting 3 views per video 😂 so my energy invest isn't really worth it but hey coming something soon!
Hey where is this located I know it's in Sweden but where abouts I would love to see it in real life
It would only strengthen your disbelief
HAIL KING RAGNAR!!!!!
Safe in Valhalla, feast well.
Brilliant translation...
Why are both Ragnar and Bjorn's gravesites in Sweden? They died elsewhere. Are the bodies really there or are those just Rune stones honoring them?
Very cool!
nice!
Is Viking still exist now?
Of course vikings still exist 😂 it's like asking; does Persian people still exist?
Is this his grave or it's only memorial stone??
Long live king ragnar lothbrok
