I think the only way I could hit these notes is with ingressive and Fry. If I'm lucky, Chest-Fry and Subharmonic.

Mine is like G#0-F#6 (went a bit sharp trying to sing along to tomi Ps hellfire) so im guessing like 5 octaves and 8-9 semitones?
a lot of these were chest fry, which I get mixing up with chest, but there were also some really obvious subharmonics
