Hey, thanks for the comment 😁 Yea it does, you can check a rooms grade to see what grade the room is vs the grade they deserve for their behaviour, I believe in a cell is goes as high as 15, so if you've got a 7 grade cell and a prisoner worthy of 10 this can cause them to get frustrated over time and act up more

@@supplyjam Is this also applicable to yard, common room etc? I saw that you also upgraded those to 10.

@aciduzzo yes, it's yard, common room and canteen that are effected as well and add/decrease comfort depending on what grade they are

@@supplyjam more as when you are wiring a wire tap machine. If you hold shift you can select multiple phones

@@dereklaur2154 I believe there should be an option for instant connections, if you tap on the phone with it then it should connect it automatically

@@supplyjam the problem is if you have a 100 phones a guard can only listen to one phone at a time So the guard has to cycle through 100 phone lines. If you have 10 wire tapping machines you can divide it up. The auto feature just sends it to the closest one. So it will be the same one almost everytime

Hey thanks for the comment 😁 Yea thats definitely a lot of questions...I'll do my best to answer them all. The best thing you can honestly do with protective custody is keep them completely separate, that's housing, work, the lot! Maybe keep work regime basic for them I.e kitchen, cleaning, work you would have on the block and not building a workshop just for the sake of a small minority of prisoners

Also with gangs the best thing to do to keep them happy is not remove their graffiti and listen to their demands when they come through, if they ask for a workout bench... get them a bench, that'll keep them relatively in line... and you also want to keep the gangs separate where possible, move them if they are mixed into different cell blocks

Legendary prisoners I'd say you want to allocate a guard to them the minute they come in the prison, and I know its not ideal but you want to almost spoil them, give them a nice cell with lots of things, keep them happy. They are normally the most volatile prisoner so do everything you can to keep them in check, it's likely they'll still give you headache but at least you can reduce the chances if they are kept sweet 😁

@LimonekQ hey thanks for the comment 👍 so it should be in the finance tab, when you open it you should see prisoner wages on the top right, when your in there you can toggle the wage % to pay more or less for each job. If its not being displayed in the finance tab for you then it may be additional with one of the DLC'S, potentially second chances I think. I hope this helps 👍

Thank for the comment 😁 So just to check are you trying to book programmes during the day where work/freetime is not allocated? If so that would be why it's showing as unscheduled

Hey, thanks for the comment 😁 So how much free time do you inmates have? It may be they have the books there but just not enough time to read. You can create more of a need for inmates to pass by setting reductions in their sentence if they succeed in passing programmes - I believe this option is within the policy settings. I hope this helps 👍

Also is your library fully manned with inmates during work times? That might also be why they don't have the literature. Again you can set the wages to be higher to create more demand for this job in the finance section 👍

Prisoners need to sit down to read a book. You have to place a chair or bench or something similar near a bookshelf.

@supplyjam that would be amazing actually! I just started playing and your videos have been super helpful. The scanners have me a little stumped because they don't get used consistently, or the workers put things through multiple times.

@supplyjam the scanning machines, the workers aren't consistent with using them and sometimes when they do they put items through multiple times? It just doesn't seem to make sense.

If its for the tracking belts then there is a lot of bugs with it, I found if you remove all the items and do it again this SOMETIMES fixes the bug and gets it running. Is that what you meant?

I think it depends on where your putting them as it effects their privacy need. Having them in the common room and other places like that can impact that

@gexrge-ps5 hey, yea its a difficult one to manage sometimes, have you got metal detectors at the entrances to all buildings you can get contraband?(kitchen, canteen etc) also a good one is to set a patrol route that goes into the cells and set guard dogs to check the cells constantly. Also you can set a shakedown to happen automatically in the settings, might take time to get rid of all tools

I think I will be once it comes out, I know it's been pushed back to September now but once it's out I'll look to make some new guides/builds for you guys 😁

@MazPOCYT hey 😁 so one way of getting interest is increasing the pay % for the jobs in the finance tab, just raise the % of the one you want them to do(I.e. workshop 120% wages). I also find that if you change the policy settings for increasing/decreasing sentence time to reward decreased sentence for completing programmes that also helps get them interested. @@supplyjam Umm thanks but i got it working in a different way so basically there was bug in one of the updates where it sets as default for everyone to not to work or not to do programs its smth in the policy section where Work wasn’t enabled ie (Crossed) I enabled it and it started working for me
