Backyard Baseball - Game 3 Highlights (BBOL Online League)
Highlights from my Houston Astros (0-2) versus K1D's St. Louis Cardinals (0-2). Yeah... I have spared y'all from the "highlights" of Game 2; a 16-0 loss to BBALL's San Diego Padres (1-0). Can we get our first win of the season?
The league is played with teams drafted from the entire Backyard Baseball 2001 roster (including the "generic" CPU-controlled kids!). Games are 6 innings in length, and only one hitting powerup can be used per game (until extra innings).
A huge thank you to all who have made this possible! Bringing back this game for online play is a dream come true. The quality of this organized league is very impressive.

Mouse Swallowed Alive by Corn Snake (Feet-first/Backwards)

This hungry snake gulps down a little fuzzy mouse while it's still alive and kicking. She has a tendency to do this with smaller mice, but swallowing feet-first is a more unusual behavior, since, if the prey is larger, it could try to escape and hurt the snake. Quetzal takes cares of this little fuzzy mouse with ease. She's one determined predator!

A pretty neat thing to observe, if you're lucky enough. In this video, my pet snake Quetzal sheds her old skin in exchange for a shiny new set of scales. If the skin comes off easily in one piece, that's a great sign of health! Sorry about the unsatisfying conclusion... I ran out of storage space!
