why does most of this sound like biased and marketing for IITM BS degree and nothing more than that?
for instance?
@@s.r.s.iyengar2500 Everything sounds too good to be true? It's IIT online degree where 29000 students are enrolled. How could there be only positives to discuss and no negatives? Why is there a boasting that people of age 70 enroll. What do you expect them to do after finishing the graduation? It just feels like setting a trap for older folks to enroll without second thought. Why would they make all those excuses about placements? In western countries, friends and family help a single person to meet someone hoping they would fall in love and get married. That's kinda the norm. Isn't that love marriage? Isn't that what students expect from an institution and not arranged marriage? He wants his children to take up online graduation? I don't honestly believe he says that. Put yourself in that situation and ask if you would encourage your children to join online graduation whereas he could accomplish much much more than that if otherwise. I wouldn't do that to my children. I don't expect a lecturer of IIT to that to his children. Instructor led are better than teachers led? Does that mean IIT offline is worse than IIT online because this is instructor led and that is teachers led? When I was watching, I came across a lot more but I don't remember anything now. Probably because I wasn't convinced.

Before to watch this story I experienced little bit of hesitation during conversations with IITM BS peers at exam centers during quiz and end term exams especially on talking back ground academics. They are quite younger to me, most of them are under 28-30. I am already triple Masters MCA, MBA and MTech. I am fond of study and so again IITMBS having such great quality of faculty, quality of content according to current industry need and flexibility on study with your own pace, attracted me towards this course. I am enrolled with this couese I am working guy, any how I am manage time to study. But after watching this interview a person with already having such a brillient academic record and at the age of 83 also doing the IITM BS, another fact he is working also. He wake up at 4:30AM starts study makes mannual notes and attends office also at 9:30. It is really inspiring!. Now I feel I am lucky to have enrolled with this diversed platform. Definetly I will put more efforts on completing this course as early as possible. Thanks IITM! providing open opportunities to all.

Such an amazing podcast...very insightful and enlightening. I am a military person, enrolled into this program in 2022 but i had to drop due to an overseas deployment to Lebanon (bad network due to the war there). Now i am contemplating rejoining the program again . Wish me luck
