awesome i even enjoyed the part where the disc wouldnt come out its good you didnt edit it
thanks...for teaching...
Excellent video.
Your explaning is very good, thanks for help!!
This video help me so much, thank you for the class.
Hi! I have a question about viroids, since it only infects plants and none known in humans, then how will you explain the cause of Hepatitis D?? 1:10
Really helpful 😊😊❤
Hey Sir, thank you for going through this slowly and in great detail I really appreciate it. My lecturers over here in Ireland could learn alot from you!
Thank you. Your video is really informative. But, the thing is that your voice is so low that it is almost inaudible. Anyway, thank you very much.
❤️❤️❤️ Thank you So much Easy to understand and concise.
Well the answer to the question is: the E.coli ( or other infectious microorganisms can be analyzed better in open system) because our body acts like an open system where nutrients are provided under aerobic conditions ( moreover E.coli growth rate can be analyzed optimally under aerobic conditions) so the answer would be : open systems
Thank you so much!! Excellent video ❤ Happy new year!
Thanks a lot man. This was very helpful.
How to get rid of e.faecalis in the prostate???
Why are eukaryotes parasites put in vaccines
I dont get how you can report the results in ug/ml when it is a dry strip. you have a certain ug of drug on the disk but there is no liquid so how can it be reported in ug/ml?
Thanks a lot David. I am planning to do this experiment in our lab for the first time. Your demonstration made me feel confident. Cheers
It was e.coli????
That discarded swab tho 😮
Awesome video, thank you!
Insightful.
thank you!
Can't find the chart anywhere
i like this video really
thank you so much😩💕
How can I make the “bacteria broth” I have very limited access to supplies or equipment
David, thank you for taking the time to share this research on this platform.
You're amazing
sir, i have doubt, about why there is moisture alone with the bacterial colony in the end pic?
That's it?? Why don't you explain, in detail, how science "grows" a virus particle in a cell culture and proves that it actually exists? That's why I clicked on this "cultivating viruses" video.
Great explanation
Hy Sir! How do I know the drugs to be used for the infection through the Sensitivity disc?
The dispenser is the paid actor here. Lol
Hi doctor ,I have watched your video .May I ask that what will happen if the streptococcus has reached certain length remains attached .thanks
Thank you so much... You just saved me some money time and worry.. here I am blessed with a chat and a wonderful lesson..
How to make sensitivity interpretative chart?
I tried this method, but the bacteria did not grow as colonies, they grew in the whole plate and I could not count the colonies. What is the reason? thanks
This method covered the whole plate so that's how it grew. This method isn't for counting colonies.
streak plate method might be better but ive just started so there's probably a better method i dont know
Sare kaya, You probably need to dilute the sample more so that you get it in countable range which is 20-200 for spread plating technique.
I would be glad to use your assistance in interpreting my susceptibility test results
Oo😂❤❤o❤oo❤❤❤o❤o❤ oki iiooi❤❤❤k😊kk
Excellent explanation. Thanks
That was helpful
Thank you
Well explained sir✌
Excellent, EXCELLENT, clear and succinct explanation. Thanks so much!!
Educative and interesting
