Installed one for the first time yesterday.. worked well for 2 days.. customer called and said hey it beeping . I silenced it then dropped the temp to 120..let s see how. It goes.. really it's neat with all the gadgets but to many things can go wrong and it usually does..Keep it simple.

Mine is leaking out of an over flow pipe that comes out the top of the water heater what could be causing that

I have a 1993 as will but mine as a broken rear sway bar I ordered another one from a scratch yard but I’m not able to see if it’s the right one because I’m out of town in a truck it came to day at my friends house I have a picture of it but can’t get to my 1993 mark 8 to see if it will fit do you have a picture of yours. Not sure how crazy this sounds!!

A nice solution. I've seen this kit installed on a few cars now, and I agree that yours is toward the "worst case" end of the spectrum. A pretty good outcome, all things considered.

Fed can you tell what was the cost of the fixing and where you got the parts I'm having fault A114 code to clear the code you need to cycle the power not only clear the alarm you will end up with no hot water phone show empty tank mean no hot water I found out the hard way I'm planning to work on it but be ready to replace anything if I have to

I purchased this heater because I thought Rheem to have a solid history and decent support. 100% WRONG. They and their products are both complete garbage. Might as well give a 200 year warranty. Useless.

My 97 Lincoln Mark VIII air ride just went out rear dropped to the ground bought 2 new oem bags and solenoids and replaced them for $130 problem solved car rides like a dream again the coilover conversion is not the same Lincoln ride and a big expense and time no thanks

So to separate the motor from the transmission all the bolts or in the outside there’s none in the middle for like the torque converter? I know it’s a manual trans but just wondering if there’s more bolts that I should be aware of besides the trans housing …

Man those shims are unsafe really what u should do and be strong I dug a 4 foot deep hole by 3 ft wide rebar cage then L shaped bolt that are about foot and half long I've seen a lot of lifts too over or pull out cause of shims

Thanks for the video. And shops have it quoted as a 2 hour job. Place I went to wanted $300 for strut and $300 for labor. And cut you a deal if you did both for $1100. I was thinking I might have to take wheel assembly off. But nope just like other ones I’ve done besides having different ones for each side. Picked pair up from Detroit axel for 168.
