@@elgdivisionyt1928 gotta use your fish finder if you have one, we had to look for them and seemed like they were around 10-100ft. If you dont have a fish finder you might have to do the old fashion way scout out a area you think its good drop some cutbaits if nothing within 5-15min move onto the next area or try following the boat crowd lol if you see more than 5 boats huddle up in a area its mostly likely there fishing for stripers too. Once you find them its pretty much ever cast is a hook up good luck...

1st day was 8am-12 it was still biting after i left at 12, the 2nd day 8am-9am, the bite completly stop

its still a bit green but most of the debris are gone, I dont have a boat so i am not sure about the inspection, they let me through since i had my kayak tie onto the top of my car

@@lngtrvl8447 yea you can say the bite was good, bass were chasing shads so it's best to throw shad imitations, im not the best at throwing plastic so I usually don't throw it but I'm pretty it will hit

only fish i eat from saltwater are halibut, tuna yellowtail, cod, I was only catching macks for bait. I was curious if white fish were good for bait lol

use light gear like small plastic lures from paddle tails, crappie jigs, grubs/curly tails (1-2 inch), I caught them on shore but only a couple if i get lucky. Try the tire area, its on the right side of the marina i caught a few over there and also at hilton bay, if the water is low enough fish around that island

I have this rod for almost 8 years I always rinse after every saltwater use so never had any issues as of yet...
