This sounds a LOT like the Outkast version of "My favourite things", the bass line ostinato is the same and the choice of rhythmic density is really reminiscing of Andre 3000's arrangement.
These are the most AWESOME young people ever! Their music is so FUNKY! And they’re so on sync with each other . I listen to them all day every day. I wish I could see the in person.!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Can we just take a moment to appreciate that she is playing melodies and solos in her right hand, chords in her left hand, AND bass lines with her feet, ALL at the same time? Not only is she playing three separate parts at once, but all three of those parts are incredibly intricate, both tonally and rhythmically, AND its all synchronized and perfectly in the pocket! I cant even wrap my head around it. 🤯
i came here looking for hockey fights, stayed for the music..... never heard of these incredible musicians !!! fun fact, i once saw Adrian Belew at club soda, well actually seen Adrian Belew many times at club soda, but one time David Bowie showed up! happy to see young people do fun things with jazz
I love that they are both just monsters in their own right. Just two people who are so insanely talented, and hard working. Can't wait to see where they go!
Yes, that's part of the buzz...but older jazz purists are also furiously analyzing them...so the wide appeal is breaking barrriers. I'm quite intrigued too, to be fair...why would you not be? Better than copy-cat posturing rap kids, right? <duck>
Obnoxious audience, as usual! The hootin’, screaming, and hollerin’ is childish/adolescent, and beyond logic. American audiences are most famous for this, unfortunately.
People start "wooing" because they don't know what they what to do with their body. They should be relaxing and enjoying the sound. Not stand, anxiously listening.
This is 50's early 60's Beatnick music, and the crowd is cheering in response just like the Beatnicks did at the high spirit points.
She snuck “Raise it up” in there. ❤
wish i could fear my face away they each other face
The best duo in the business.
Alien visitation. They are not of this planet. And so young too. OMG!!
Crowd needs to STFU. This isn't a Nickelback concert. You're supposed to STFU and listen.
Kids on the Slope anyone?

JD ha un tocco impressionante, raffinato elegante e allo stesso tempo incisivo

Getting Keith Emerson vibes from her playing.
Ummm fucking amazing. My respect for them keeps growing
Keith Emerson is alive
This sounds like the beginning of every band rehearsal where everyone is just playing what they want until it naturally goes into a jam.
jb beck is ruining it
they are not from this world....
Domi hitting those keys like they owe her money. So much confidence! Incredible stuff from both of them
Why do bloody Americans insidt on howling all the time. Bloody irritating. I guess they just cant stand not being the centre of attention.

Are they getting kids to listen to jazz?

That was really impressive
UAU!!!!
Where's her bog seat?
JD's drumming is so tight It's nuts!🔥🥁
Domi is sweet.
As an ol’fart in my seventies I have to say, this duo does give me hope.
Who knows Richard D James....
This was an absolute pleasure to listen to ❤
Rainy day today and tomorrow this is the perfect soundtrack for me favorite weather
Is JD left handed?
I think your show would go much better with the audience sitting, instead of standing -- It's an experience, like an orchestra.

I never understood music until I heard John Coltrane play this song
