What do you think about how the Christian God threatens to kill you and torture you in hell if you ever leave him, like an abuser? Or do you ever think about that? Did you know that in the Bible, God ordered a brutal execution of a man for gathering sticks on the sabbath? How is that not abusive behavior for a "dad"? The Christian God doesn't seem like a better person than your "dad" was, for the Christian God, the punishment for disobedience is death.

My wife and her sister stopped me from being a Dad to my children because of their own fathers abuse to them of which I can not speak of here and I was also badly abused by my own father and yes even my mom. 😞💔 Love you mom. I was a drug addict ashamed yes my own fault to a degree but my own father forced me to be one when I was young. These thoughts are so well put together Thank you lady. I was, and am still being taught under the Christadelphian church, and we believe that satan isn't a being. we go by this type of definition I found this in Google. The Hebrew term śāṭān (Hebrew: שָׂטָן) is a generic noun meaning "accuser" or "adversary", and is derived from a verb meaning primarily "to obstruct, oppose". When Jesus says to Peter in Matthew 16:23 NIV 'Get behind me, Satan!' Obviously he doesn't mean he is satan himself, but basically a 'stumbling block'. There are many stumbling blocks in our life that come in the form of many people's selfish intentions, peoples crafts, arts. satan is in everything that is designed, or set up to deceive, and make us stumble. Even we can deceive ourselves, if we are not careful, because when we sin, we get further away from God. God knows who did what, so if we can account for our sins without blaming others, we anger God less that way. I believe that the more we blame 'the devil' for our own mental struggles, the more we give that *nothing* power in our heads, and that doesn't help our peace. There is a war, and I believe that a big portion of that war is within us, and the other half is from the outside. We must choose to work on ourselves to avoid affecting others in negative ways, and then we can deal with outside situations better. I suffer from Schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, which are diagnosed autism and undiagnosed Autism and PTSD (how could I not have PTSD when I got bullied so badly at school). Since I regained contact with my church after leaving as a child, and rebuilt these thoughts with much stronger structure than before, I feel more at peace than I ever did. I'm not saying that when I was told that satan wasn't a being, I was immediately at more peace, It automatically told me that I was to blame for my sins, and it frightened me a little, because I felt doomed, But I realised that doom was all in my head. I still feel doomed sometimes, when the bad thoughts come in, but God and Jesus are always there to help me and be there, telling me to carry on after I slip up, responding negatively after a bad thought. Two of the things that really get to me is the Idea of breaking up with my Church, and Never having a wife, and many times, I have responded negatively, and felt ashamed afterward. Dear Caitl, this is the first time I have seen one of your videos, I have meet other beautiful and well spoken and spiriiually mature women like yourself and have heard similar stories about how they just can't find the right scenario to get a happy strong family: somehow women just tell me a lot of things on their mind, probably because they feel there is nothing wrong with telling me what they want. Dear Cait, I'm a healthy man of 62 and I find very, very, very much good comfort when I read abot 10, 15 or sometimes 17 chapters of the Bible in one setting. He watches us go without love and being robbed of our self esteem . So he tempts us with false love and a fickle acceptance . Using both to hold us down we learn to look to men and women for love and acceptance instead of GOD who has already loved and accepted us . How grateful am I to have heard your sweet voice today . Those words touch my life in a big way Cait. I have followed Jesus much of my life but the devil has threatened my life in the last decade. It's been so terrible that it is a forbidden subject to talk about. Worst, I lost my mother over 3 years ago. She was my one encouraging person in my life. I wished God took me from this world so I don't have to suffer so much.

*I hope this gives Courage to those who are in need... I, "LIFE The Real Self" ( NOT The Human Body ) went to "The Marriage Supper of The Lamb"... I also witnessed "The Birth of The MAN Child", ( which took about seven hours ) mentioned in "The Revelation" chapter 12... And as Promised I, "LIFE The Real Self", ( NOT the human entity ) now resides in "The HOUSE of GOD" !*

*Neither the human body, nor its EVIL spirit, is "LIFE The Real Self", an Offspring, and Child of "The LIGHT" which is "The LIFE of GOD" ! From "The Gospel [ ACCORDING TO ] John", in chapter 1, verse 4, Quote; In Him ( GOD ) was LIFE; and the LIFE was the LIGHT of Men... End Quote. The bible is everywhere It is in when you read any book or watch any movie But only if you knew the bible Then you will be able to notice something from the bible That's something like glitter made from husband to his wife Only a conscious wife will see that 😭 Yeah I know all that Because I read and studied the whole bible 😊
