Boogiemann 😂😂😂 maybe so, but Ace had him shook.
This was my no. Track back in he day
This is a hip hop master class
Ace ended this man's career with "Acknowledge" 😅😅😅😅😅
Only discovered this album, stupid fresh 2,last year..one of my best of 2023..only 30 plus years after release! Cracking track but they're all superb. Love golden age UK
Hate to say it but Masta Ace got bodied
Dude I have been looking for this song forever
stupid dope rhymes
Great great tune...one of the best UK hip hop tunes ever made. Class.
son should’ve never challenged Ace, Ace straight merked him
DOPE!
This shit was tight, anyone know if this the same boogie man from Philly? Lol
🔨 HARD AF ! RHAMEL Drops the Hammer 💪🏽 [ Dats my Artwork on $YNDICATE LPs ]
Booogie Bodied Ace on this joint plus the beat made it even that fresher.
You trippin
No, this is basically a case of better produced track and direct lines vs lyrics and direct lines. Ace was way more lyrical and he did talk about Boogie himself. When it comes to diss records you have to get personal, example Lupe Fiasco vs Royce da 5'9. Lupe Bodied Royce because he was personal and witty but Royce was amazing lyrically. However, Lupe said in that exchange that his boy Mickey factz could beat Royce doing what Royce do but better. Lupe's diss was a free style, now if you listen to Mickey Factz diss to Royce it's a culmination of Lyrics+Direct personals. Both Ace and Boogie were semi personal, but Just you Wait was a better produced track and sounds better, however Masta Ace was clearly the better rapper in the diss so Ace get's the win. If you're going to diss somebody you can't bs around. You have to be personal and witty or you can go heavy lyrically but direct at them personally. You talk about them, what they do, their style, their records, name flips, situations they've been in, facts and things, sort of like battle rap but on a track. Boogie basically said, haha you old and not really successful but with passable lyricas and they not really true. Ace basically said, you a little boy, you weak, you're fake, you looked up to me now you getting besides yourself, don't you live in a group home or something? you're broke, there's some people after you but I protected you because you my son. This is personal stuff with some truth to it. And the rest of the stuff was more clever than Boogie's lyrics.
And like Nas I gave you power 😂😂😂 this track hard tho
Who are the 3 rappers on this song ? 1st verse, 2nd verse and 3rd verse ?
Amazing song. Someone knows what these rappers do after ?
Pretty good. Always liked this track... but acknowledge is just too good in comparison.
I find it funny everyone on here talks more about Ace on here than BM 😂. But then again, I wouldn't had heard of this guy if it wasn't for Ace 💯 Acknowledge the Rep
Hahahhahah 50 cent copycat
This legendary
The beat is fire and Boogieman definitely took more shots at Masta Ace but Acknowledge sends chills down the spine, even made you wait to hear his dis toward Boogieman on the record, Ace is a better on so many levels, Boogieman can't Spit so he obviously must swallow
Hot garbage 🤣🤣🤣
No
It's dope, but pales in comparison to Acknowledge.
It's clear of Acknowledge@@KardiFan2000
top top toooopppp
i had this stuck in my head this morning. it took me ages to find out what it was, as i haven't heard if for like 35 years!

Boogeyman Who? Lol Acknowledge the Rep
truuuuue hiphop
Yo that lil fish that i catch and throw back..........
Aww so this is the diss.....daymm yea nah ace put the boogeyman back in the closet
Did boogieman respond to ACE’s diss?
They actually battled in person. Boogieman won the battle but everybody knows Ace really won.
@@tfromcali89 how did Ace win if he didn’t win the battle.
@@balle733 Ace was freestyling, Boogie came with some written rhymes
@@tfromcali89 So boogie man was prepared while Ace wasn’t.
Boogie may have won a battle, but in the end, Ace won the war.
I randomly stumbled upon my Fair Lady when the originally sampled song came up on (I never knew that's where it is from) suddenly had a flash back to when I was 14.... this album....🤯🤯 and this beat! So dooopppe! Those were the days. When hip hop was hip hop and not this auto tuned, algorithm, mumble rap. I feel like a need a porch and a rocking chair to be like "back in my days we had to wait for an album to drop!" lol
🤣
I couldn't agree with you more. Underground Air Play vol 2?
Anyone here from ginger whiskey?
Sent us to the wrong song. Masta Ace Acknowledge ruclips.net/video/qFH4PttDMsA/видео.html
