Happy you like it. The beach is very wide and the first 3-4 lines next to the water are crowded on the central part of the beach in high season. Behind there is a lot of space. If you go on the north part of the beach the people are less.

Glad you like it ❤. This part of the town is more touristic but still good for living. The apartments are spacious and have parking spaces. In case you are searching for tranquility and nature it would be better to take a look the nearby places around Gandía.

I'm thinking of going at the end of January do you think it would be warm-ish ? Or at least sunny lol
I believe it will be sunny. Throughout the day, temperatures will range between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius in sunny locations. However, after 3 p.m., temperatures will sharply decrease to below 15 degrees. It is advisable to wear a warm jacket in the evenings and early mornings due to the moisture, as it may feel colder. Dice el video que esto está grabsdo en el vetano del 2020,en el verano no fue porque aqui estamos en verano s mas de 32 grados llegando a veces a los 36,no se correspondecla ropa de la gente con esa temperatura,yo creo wue es mas bien en Noviembre.De tidas maneras es un vudeo muy bonito ❤❤
