When we're incapacitated but there's pressing work that needs doing, there's nothing like family who can read what you need with few words. Did Alabaster get a summer fur trim? He looked less poofy. You didn't want a professional cork harvester to do your tree's 1st debarking? Good to see you moving around more fluidly towards the end of the vid. V informative content. Hi Joaquim, hope your back is better! A good thing you have your family with you to give you a hand. I am curious, your children dont speak Portuguese? Your walk thru the forest brought back sweet memories of my childhood when I walked hand in hand with my grandpa picking "amoras" and "pinhas" ..we used to crack them open for the pine nuts, plus the figs we had in our farm..OMG I used to get sick from eating so many of them. To this day I have a passion for figs. Such wonderful memories. As for the locals liking anything Spanish, it's actually they like anything Galician, which as you know Portugal was part of back 900 years ago. Tks for another vid and keep up the great work.

I recognised the sore back posture and walk as soon as I opened the screen. The recommendation we had was to continue mobility and work, but gently, which i am sure you are familiar with. Having your friend and son with you will help both physically, and as a distraction from your discomfort. I hope you are better soon, Joaquim.

Wonderful you have a friend coming to help, and your son, too. Heaven sometimes forces us to have a time out to unlax and rewind.

You might want to look at "back braces" or speak to a doctor to see if he has any recommendations. Some come with copper, but you check it out. Safe your back. Well, wishes. God bless 🙌.

Ouch! I felt that. You need your outside kitchen so you don't have to bend over to cook. Have someone stack some concrete blocks and put a stone slab on top to make your cook fire on. Is there a Massage therapist in the area? Place bashed up/bruised cabbage leaves on the afflicted area to reduce swelling and inflammation, this really works for arthritis too. Speedy healing to you!

Take care of yourself. I had quite a few work (nursing) injuries, one of which required surgery. I am retired and still get cricked up once in a while, so I get my tens machine out, hook myself up. Settles things down in a day or two. BTW, the shower is beautiful. Love it! 🙂👍👍🇨🇦
